Professional service
Good service. Lots of choice. Servers gave detailed information. They were polite,attentive and respectful. I am disabled; they were very considerate and recognised my needs. Although I bought a very expensive product it was totally my choice, I was shown a full range and chose what will be best for me. Only complaint; the “access” lift was very awkward and difficult, not at all user friendly if using a walking aid. Had to hold the door open whilst also pushing walker through.

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. From walking into the store to delivery it was great.
Store advice, ease and understanding without pressure was welcomed. Communication through the process and finally the delivery by Gary and Warren was cheerful, polite, respectful and jolly lovely men.
In a world we’re service like this should be the norm, this entire process was excellent. Thank you

unexpected purchase with my partner
Me and my partner went into Bensons for beds to view prices so we knew what to save for. We narrowed down our choice of bed and spoke to Employee Neil who made our experience fun and the financial workings out simple to understand whilst also taking our thoughts and feelings into account. Me and my partner felt welcome and I'd really recommend going there to anyone needing a mattress/frame/both. The prices are also fair and reasonable with bundles included.
