The staff were friendly and helpful
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was given the space I needed to look around and when I needed help they were there. There was a good choice of beds at a range of prices.

Friendly and helpful
The whole process was very easy. Great communication. James and Jack delivered the bed and couldn’t have been more helpful, they really went above and beyond to help me out!

Delivary was helpful and polite. Really happy with the service and the quality of the beds.
We went back to order 2 more beds and the service we were given in the shop was excellent. This was the Worksop branch.

I have quite serious spine problems
I have quite serious spine problems, both top & bottom. I got fed up with waking during the night in pain, and again on rising in the mornings.
Decided I’d see about a new mattress. Went to Bensons in Worksop as it was our nearest large bed shop.
They had a really good selection of different mattresses. I approached an assistant, who happened to be the Manager, Glenn. I told him of my problems & asked for his help in pointing me in the right direction. I had a good lie down on quite a number of beds. Glenn occasionally asked how I was doing, think I’m getting there I told him.
With no prompting I settled on a Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool mattress + a Tempur Cloud Smartcool Pillow. I paid up & went home.
Delivery was going to be a few weeks, unfortunately it was delayed twice due to manufacturing delays in Denmark. This didn’t bother me though.
It was delivered 2 weeks ago by a couple of friendly chaps,it was explained to me how to look after it etc.
Now for the good bit. I have had 2 weeks of excellent pain free sleep, both the mattress & the pillow are a dream.

The right choice
I made several visits to the store trying to find the right mattress to meet my requirements. The staff were always , helpful, informative and had endless patience. I purchased a suitable mattress, and also bought a wardrobe unit , I am delighted with both choices and would recommend. It was essential that I could see and test the mattress,
