I’m in love with my bed
I had tried this mattress out in the shop before purchasing it online quick delivery the guys who delivered it were very nice
I have had this mattress now for approximately 6 months and I can’t wait to go to bed on a night as it is just sooo comfortable and I now sleep like a log instead of tossing and turning
I have no hesitation in recommending Bensons for Beds excellent customer service

Great service in store at Clifton Moor…
Great service in store at Clifton Moor - no pressure selling and staff went out of their way to help us find a bed in our price range. Finance plan set up and delivery date arranged in store. Delivery team were fabulous navigating a narrow hallway to get a Superking bed upstairs and assembled. Bed is an absolute dream - thank you so much Benson Beds !!!

It was a pleasure shopping with Bensons. Staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were kept upto date with delivery time and the guys who delivered our mattress were extremely careful, on time and polite.

I was politely approached by a member of staff who I told I was happy to look on my own, so having pointed out the desk area if I needed help, left me in peace to prod, poke and lie on whatever I wanted.
When I found what I wanted the transaction was quick and easy and pleasant. Great service from someone who is extremely good at her job.

They were incredibly efficient and extremely well organised. We were informed of the time and date of the delivery and were kept undated by phone and email and they were on time. A very pleasing professional experience.
Well done to all involved we would recommend all aspects of the process from showroom to delivery its very well organised and customer friendly. Wish all companies were such a pleasure to deal with.

A warning to other customers
I was quite happy to pay for a delivery cost, but it was never mentioned in the discussions, the invoice was placed in an envelope and handed to me, I did not open the envelope as the contract was completed. On arrived home I found the delivery cost. I consider that action to be " underhanded " . You're lucky to be 4 stars.A
