Excellent customer service

I think that the level of service is excellent. My query was resolved within 24 hours, refund included for a mistakenly ordered picture. The pictures themselves are lovely. And the photographer was kind and thoughtful about children needs. Very happy with the whole experience.

This is the third school my children…

This is the third school my children have been in that Bentley have been employed to do school photos. The photos take an age to get loaded on to be viewed, to the point you actually forget they were ever taken. I have had to contact them this time and once before about issues and whilst you eventually get a polite reply back they dont actually sort your problem out without having to be chase again, and sometimes again after that...

Lovely school photos of my daughter

Lovely school photos of my daughter. Unfortunately their was a slight issue with the code, however, Paulette was fabulous and found the pictures straight away, even though I had gone through to the wrong department she still dealt with my query swiftly and solved the issue for me so I was able to download the pictures and order. Would 100% recommend as amazing customer service.

Very happy with the photos this year

Very happy with the photos this year, I bought digital copies of both of my children and have to say it was a fantastic price!! Really impressed. Simple, straightforward ordering with the ticket as well. Thanks Bentley

My child (4 years old) had a FULL nose…

My child (4 years old) had a FULL nose of boogies & no one prompted him to clean his nose! These are his first ever school photos. We went & got his hair cut, he was so excited & took extra care getting ready in the morning & they didn’t even help a child out!!! Disgusting & disappointing!! They didn’t even edit it. You are dealing with CHILDREN!!!!!! FIX THEM or HELP THEM!!

The website is difficult to navigate, schools should use another company

The website is difficult to navigate, what should really be a few simple clicks to purchase your photograph turns into a long drawn out affair of contacting support, having your account re-set, re-accessing your account, only to go through the whole process again. The photos are of good quality, it's the purchase process that's the issue. Surely there are other just as competitive companies out there that can offer a better service??

Fantastic photos

I have to say all my photos have been well composed and great quality.
I love the presentation and customer service from Lily this week was warm and professional.

Keep up the good work. I have bought every high school photo of my girls, one who is now 17 still looked great in this recent 6th form one as did her peers!

Hard to log on and no pics when done

hard to log on, wanted me to create an account which I already have. Then password reset (which would have been unnecessary.
Put in access code from 2 weeks ago and get message that photos are still being loaded onto website.
Just rubbish.

As for the delay in the photographs being loaded, there is always a wait between pictures being taken and then being available to view, but I can assure you that our lab team work around the clock to be as speedy and efficient as possible.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is utterly useless. The phones don’t work, they are still blaming COVID for staff working from home. Have they not heard of call forwarding. E-mails don’t get replied to and they have ‘lost’ our son’s school photo! It’s a new school for him and he hasn’t had a school photo for years because of the pandemic. This photo was therefore very important. The managing director should be ashamed! Still not sorted! Just getting ghosted.

Pathetic website & customer service

Pathetic website. Poor customer service. Over the years the quality of pictures are getting poorer. When we ordered the pics, School delivery option was not on but as soon as we paid for home delivery, the School delivery comes up on the website. Called customer service, could not help!.

Gorgeous Pics

My son's school got their pictures done by bentleypics and I've purchased every time as the photos have been beautiful and look proffesional whilst catching my son personailty perfectly, also love the packages avaliable.
