À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Bespoke Airsoft started out filling a much-needed niche in the Airsoft market of Bespoke Items for well-known brands such as Ares etc. These manufacturers sometimes needed a little bit more to really make their guns suitable for serious airsofters. We catered for that need. Since then we have grown from height to height and now we stock well over 3000 SKUs to cover ever eventual Airsoft need. We are happy to answer your questions by email, phone or live chat and we pride ourselves on being here to help airsofters in this wonderful sport of ours.

One of the best Airsoft stores out there
New or regular airsofter, there’s always something for you. Staff are friendly and will stay here for a while having a chat about the sport. Staff are also knowledgeable and can help you out.
Overall a very nice experience and would come back in the near future.

Do not order from Bespoke!
Do not order from Bespoke!! Having a serious issue within the lack of communication provided by bespoke. My order has been sat with their supplier for sometime, I know they use Iwholesale as their supplier, my item is out of stock with them, however no heads up about this from Bespoke. UPs are saying they don't have pocession yet, Bespoke won't provide an update on this. Every email sent has been ignored, I am now requesting a refund and they still aren't providing any response. They have a substantial chunk of my money and they won't provide any communication, this is criminal and will be reported to trading standards. Numerous emails and yet still can't provide a simple explantation/refund, SHOCKING!! Multiple emails sent, all ignored - completely incompetent and ignorant business.
