Bespoke Airsoft Avis 

Hello,
I must say I am massively disappointed in the vast difference in your customer service. My first visit I was so impressed I returned with my kids asap and left a rif for repair, as I’ve got a long way to travel I’ve struggled to get time to get back….. last week the chap that called me to collect my repairs was brilliant for the most part, however when I discussed all the things I needed and ask to reserve them to purchase with collection of repairs, he checked all stock and confirmed there was plenty of stock and no need to reserve….. today I head down, I called ahead as the distance and traffic was going to make it 1730 before I got here…..
the chap said not to worry, they will wait.

I got here, paid for the repairs, then the chap, was firstly wasting time waffling, I didn’t see a problem because I assumed he would complete the transaction at least.

Then the plenty of stock turned into out of stock, then an alternative was labelled wrong and showing £130 above what it should be, and the lad couldn’t find the right code, i was then looking at alternative revolver when it was suggested I look at it and come back.

I explained I couldn’t get back during your opening hours and that I called specifically not to waste a ridiculous amount of time and fuel…. His response, hmmmmm sorry.

The stock issue aside, he could have had the rest of the stuff ready…..

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. As well as wasting a massive amount of time and fuel, you’ve successfully trashed my kids Xmas!!!!
Not only has he lost you the £450-600 sales today, but all the refurbs and repairs I had scheduled and those that would have come in the future.

I couldn’t be more disappointed!!!!

Purchased a BB gun as a gift. Product was faulty and Bespoke Airsoft have ignored my communications to try fix the problem. Very poor service. Avoid this company.

Sell crap Chinese knock offs that don't work then ignore all attempts to sort out the issues then leave a message on here saying please contact us absolute joke don't waste your time or money spend a couple of quid more and buy from a real company

Recently checked out this airsoft shooting range and shop to see if my little brother would enjoy bringing his friends here for his birthday party and I’ve got to say, it was unreal. Sam, the guy working there, was really sound—super helpful and knew his stuff. The shop has a huge variety of guns, If you’re into airsoft, it’s definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be returning.

My wife bought a rifle as a gift for our son and used my card for the purchase. When I asked the seller whether the rifle was in fully working order, they didn’t respond and charged me for a faulty item. While I understand that the condition may have been included in the initial listing, their failure to address my inquiry before taking my money shows a lack of care for their customers.

The rifle cannot be returned or exchanged, which adds to my frustration. I consider this behaviour to be greediness taking precedence over customer care. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious.

Amazing knowledge, stock levels and variety, surpassed only by their friendly attitude and approach to customer service.
Returning asap for repairs and servicing.

I made an online order, and they fulfilled it within 2 days, I had the item delivered to me very quickly! They also responded to all my queries and went over and beyond to answer some technical questions that I had. Whilst the phone lines rang through a couple of times, they promptly called me back and ensured that I was satisfied and all my questions were answered!

I am acting for a client who ordered a £300 gun which was used 5 times before cracking after a fall of 12 inches onto grass! Bespoke Airsoft say it was broken through brute force but they have only looked at a photo?!!! They have told my client to return it at his own cost and that he will have to pay for any repairs as there is no warranty!! They are not responding to emails which seems the norm from other reviews! I am issuing a claim against them in the Small Claims Court which is very simple to do online and costs about £50 which you get back if you win your case! I recommended that all disgruntled and dissatisfied customers do the same as this Company are disgraceful
and do not deserve your custom. Show them that they cannot continue to treat their customers like this!!!
