I wanted to return order couldn’t find how to and it didn’t come with return label so i took the tags off so I don’t think i will be shopping on your website also I sent an email on how to return it and nobody got back to me. Very disappointing

Bessette sent the wrong item
Bessette sent the wrong item. I ordered a pair of winter trousers from Rohé and got a completely different item. Tried contacting them on the .com address listed on their website, which doesn’t work - managed to get through to the support team when changing the domain to .co.uk. The brand responded to my email after a couple of days and sent me shipping labels for returns so I should be able to return my item, but overall am super disappointed. Customer ref 20742/#50004.

Great first impression
Never heard of this company before, then while searching for a specific piece from last season, there was a suggestion to visit Bessette. I found the clothing piece I wanted at a deeper discount than all the other sites. Not only that, but I could also use a welcome discount on my sale item. My package arrived really quick, through DHL, and it was packaged beautifully! Now, I've been on their site consistently to see what else I can find!
