Central heating programmer
BHL provided me with a replacement central heating programmer/timer which I could not source locally. The customer advisor I rang was very helpful, their website was clear and the price competitive. The timer arrived quickly, was very well packed (as I hoped it would be!), brand new as stated and is now in place and working. I would recommend BHL to any potential buyer.

Competitive priced.
Easy to find and place the order. It was competitively priced. The delivery time was 6 to 8 days. Delivery details were only provided on the day of delivery.
Website requires improvements e.g the only status update was order placed and there was no update after that. I had to message the customer service on the chat box.
Overall experience is OK as the item was delivered.

Product was fine and as described - 18 day delivery via Hermes was not.

I am completely ignored for the last 3days; will get in touch with PayPal!!!!
I am still waiting for the item for the last 3weeks or more, and they are not answering their bloody emails or phone!!!! I think I will turn up to their place!!!! Lucky for me it was just 25quids!!!
