I have been writing back and forth for almost over 1 week now trying to get help with their game manager which they wont even admit has issues, I get gifted points to help solve the issue which doesn't even cover half of what i spent on a game that doesn't worth.. The people doesn't even seem to care, or listen at all when you write to them.. Its sad to see how far bigfish has fallen from grace... I will definitely be doubtful about buying games there in the future
Also they tend to finish the corresponding before even helping their customers... Its honestly just disappointing and I've sued this for YEARS

After over a month, I still have not received codes to open up my purchased games - AGAIN.

Stay away from this site. I have had numerous occasions where the game would not load and I would receive the same error code each time. You have to jump through hoops to get a refund and it's just too time-consuming which is their goal.

meine spiele waren alle verschwunden. der service war sehr freundlich und haben sehr schnell geantwortet.habe alle spiele wieder im einkaufsverlauf und kann sie installieren. super danke

Kein funktionierender Kundendienst, nur KI-Blabla. Spiele, die nicht laufen werden nicht zurückerstattet, Sprache umstellen kann man vergessen. Wichtige Daten nur in englisch.

Ich kann keine neuen Spiele mehr kaufen. Demos kann ich installieren, kein Problem, aber beim Kauf muss ich mein PayPal-Konto immer wieder neu einrichten und das geht jedes Mal schief. Ich habe diesen Account gekündigt. Deutsche Kunden werden einfach nicht mehr unterstützt.

I chose to pay in euros. My cart showed a total of 18.90 euros. Then I continue to pay, and suddenly I'm charged in USD and suddenly an additional tax amount was added. Beats me why they don't show the tax amount before charging me. And why charging in USD when I set the currency to EUR? I've sent an email to their customer support but received an automated reply that they are having high volumes of email and it will take longer than the standard 72 hours. After 14 days, I can submit a dispute for this purchase at the credit card company. This company is on the verge of bankruptcy and they cannot be trusted.

I have had 3 billing issues with bigfish. They send my invoice for 6.99 in AUD dollars. They take out the American amount. I have tried endlessly to have this rectified. All falling on deaf ears. My membership runs out in 2 weeks I think I will cancel my membership. I have sent them 7 emails in 3 weeks with no response. I have updated my account to say AUD but it keeps taking out the wrong amount every time. I have asked for someone to contact me and give me the instructions in case there is something I am missing. I am sick of the silence. Please don't use them They owe me over $20 and won't accept responsibility. SO, I shall go elsewhere. One consultant said they didn't care. I wish there was a game site in Australia that has the same games.

Expensive and absolute rubbish.

Meine gekauften Spiele kann ich zwar noch herunterladen, sie lassen sich aber nicht installieren. Das entspricht nicht dem Versprechen, welches BigFish ehemals gegeben hat. Die Kontaktaufnahme hat zwar funktioniert, mich aber leider keinen Schritt weiter gebracht.

Ständig Probleme nach Kauf von Spielen deren Probeversion abgelaufen ist, das Aktivieren funktioniert nicht. Nur nach Neuinstallation des Game Managers, Dazu immer wider Probleme beim Einloggen.

They offer a game for a 60 minute trial, which I played, before purchasing it. They took my money, but then the game could not be activated. I wrote to customer service, and got a very quick reply : the game has been removed from the site and will not be available to upgrade. So... why is it still on the site to download and purchase ? Isn't that theft ? I was given Big Fish points to get another game but I don't want to download anything from that site anymore.

I have used and bought Big Fish Games for almost 15years. I recently contacted customer services with a query about my game club membership and they replied within a couple of hours, very friendly and went above and beyond to sort it out. I'm sad to see all of the negative reviews on here when my experience of contacting them over the years has always been super positive, they have always done everything they can to help. I have hundreds of games from them and everything always works perfectly, never an issue!

i paid for extended lives on gummy drop. 9.99 plus tax was subtracted from my amazon gift card. alas, no extended lives was awarded, instead gummy drop wants 9.99 more. unable to get answers from the automated site, good job of hiding between sites!

I haven't been able to log completely into my account. Now the site won't let me purchase any games. I have re-installed twice, but something is wrong with their site. They used to be a really good site to play games, and they had a lot of good games. But over time they have really went down hill. Ttheir games suck now/

Never even think about playing any of their games; they will rob you of your money and laugh in your face.

Denkste! Habe im lauf der Jahre über 200 Spiele angesammelt. Nachdem ich nun einen neuen Pc habe, wollte ich einige gekaufte Spiele darauf installieren. Funzt überhaupt nicht. Beim einsteigen in den GameManager ist noch alles OK. Vor dem herunterladen wird noch mal ein einsteigen verlangt, und da ist dann Sense. Plötzlich stimmen die Einstiegsdaten nicht mehr und somit auch ein herunterladen der bereits gekauften Spiele unmöglich. Kann von diesem Verein nur abraten...
