Don’t expect to be paid on your redemptions. My first one was rejected almost immediately and I had to do the KYC verification, which took forever. After approval I redeemed for the same $300, that was 11 days ago and the responses are all the same, usually from Phill, still pending, I’ll put it in priority…blah blah. I won’t use this platform again. By far the longest redemption process from any social casino I have played on.

Late night turned into hours

Signed up late at night just to check what it is, and somehow stayed way longer than I planned. Got the welcome bonus right away, played a few rounds and actually hit a small win. Not life-changing, but enough to make it feel real. Came back the next day without even thinking.

I'm now sitting at almost a month waiting on redemption. Everytime I contact contact customer service they give me the exact same response, literally word for word exact same response. I now realize I'm never going to get my winning and the platform was a complete scam the entire time. Don't waste your money.

I have a pending redemption coming in I started off with $150 and I’ve been on a absolute heater on the baccarat grand bonus I’m officially at $3,500 and it’s only allows $1000 per redemption.
Probably the slowest process for a redemption process I keep contacting support but they keep telling me I have to verify my information by sending some documents and I send them over and they completely reject it and tell me to resend them over, I don’t know if they don’t want to pay me out or what but this is the longest I have waited for a redemption. I’m hoping they and anyone who reads this keeps this review in mind once you start winning and actually win a good amount of money on this site,
Hopefully they also see this and contact me to so I can redeem my money and give me a smoother process on my redemptions… I initially won my first $1000 and have been waiting to verify my documents that they keep rejecting! 04/20/2026 this is an update, I once again got my documents rejected and won’t receive my money, I won up to $3,500 believe it or not and at this point I’m done with this website my documents are clear I send them everything they need to verify my account its probably because i won too much for them to pay off, this is probably the first time someone ran up $3,500 off $40 bucks. And they are going me the hardest time to redeem the money. This is probably the longest I’ve waited to verify and redeem my money just got them to keep telling me NO. If anyone’s this don’t get your hopes up about the money you have won everyone that wrote a “good review” we’re paid off bots they use to make it seem like it’s a good website but as you can see how everyone else has a problem redeeming money so am I. Been waiting over a month for my…

Been waiting over a month for my redeem. They sent an email that tournament participants get faster redeems, so I played in a tournament for that weekend and nothing changed. False advertising. Support keeps saying the same answers that are unhelpful.

Bad redemption experience

I've probably sent over 10 emails, but still no helpful response or escalation to my redemption. I submitted it on March 1st, and I haven't even gotten an emailed response to fix my concern. This is ridiculous. I actually used to vouch for this site, but they left me no choice but to leave this review. DON'T SIGN UP!

Great platform awful payout process

Great platform. Awful payout times. The first thing they ever did was cancel two of my redemptions without my consent and blamed it on a technical glitch. Then after that it took a week to get my money. You can only withdraw $1,000 at a time which is a red flag. No other reputable companies do that. Then, they started taking 7-9 days on every redemption then told me I was maxed out for the month. Stopped playing for awhile. Started again. After redeeming probably 8 times I got an email saying I needed to verify several things. Okay? Why now? Then I send all of my documents and get asked to send several again. I send again, they ask for the same things again haha. It’s been a week and no update on my redemption status other than generic responses. I have 5,000 SC waiting and they’re taking their time and kicking the can intentionally to either slow it down or hoping I spend it? Can’t think of why else you’d consistently make payouts such a pain for your loyal customers.

Edit: I sent bankrolla the reply to this review as they asked to have verification team look at it. Been 48 hours. Nothing additional has happened. They’re still purposefully taking their time. I’ve never had a sweepstake casino take this long. Insane

I won and they closed my account. I've requested a refund with no response. I do not recommend this casino. Much better ones out there. Try Zula or Spinpals.
