Horrible redemption speed
Redemptions take forever. I have been waiting over a month for my redemption. Based on other reviews and past experience, they have the ability to process redeems instantly and choose not to, instead hiding behind the excuse of it "being processed by their financial team".

The only good thing about this company…
The only good thing about this company is that the chat responds very fast. Other than that I have nothing good to say. I have never waited a few days for a redemption of any kind from anywhere. To wait weeks for a $100 is beyond me. But looking at the other reviews it seems to be expected. Wish that I would have come to trust pilot before I played here

It has been over 29 days since my redemption has been submitted..multiple times I simply want to know what’s the problem they cannot help me.. this site used to be very good and it seems it’s gone downhill

I waited 4 months for my redemption
I waited 4 months for my redemption. It kept getting cancelled. Customer service kept telling me to be patient and I should get it any time. 4 months is absolutely ridiculous. I used to love playing at Bankrolla. I won't play there again until they can guarantee reasonable redemption times

Another week of excuses, lies, delays, and troll responses. They’ll tell you there’s a “priority team” and that they’re “working hard” but in reality you’ll never get paid. 4 weeks now, nothing. Stay away from Bankrolla.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend
Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Although they do actually pay cash outs. They will constantly tell you lies in hopes that you will cancel your redemption and continue playing and losing it. I'm supposed to have instant redemptions up to 1500, they will cash a smaller first one, then on the second one, they will claim they are back up, even though they literally just cashed you out. Do not play, you will regret it
