The redemption speed is ridiculous
The redemption speed is ridiculous. I’ll cash out one time it’ll take a day if that the next time I’m over a week. Then I used instant withdrawal a couple times. Niw I cashed out 320 the instant redemption option is gone and I’ve been waiting 6 days for that. The redemption speeds are way too inconsistent. They tell you that they are delays because they are backed up but I find it hard to believe there backed up a week worth of redemptions. It’s pretty ridiculous when you know they are lying saying the same automated responses. Out payment tean is working hard to get your redemption processed every time.. team? Sounds like they got one person working on it not a team because it’s 2026 and it’s unheard of to take this long. I think they’ve put me to the top of the queue 4-5 times already. One person even said it’s processing right now and to watch my account because it will be in there any minute.. 48 hours later?? Guess.. nothing. When you climb the vip ladder shouldn’t it take less time not make you wait longer? Sounds backwards to me and they have lost a fine customer because of the games

Super games, some have funny names but its a nice games. I visit it often 🐷. it also helped me climb the tournament leaderboard once and the prize money was withdrawn smoothly the same day.

Horrible redemption speed
Redemptions take forever. I have been waiting over a month for my redemption. Based on other reviews and past experience, they have the ability to process redeems instantly and choose not to, instead hiding behind the excuse of it "being processed by their financial team".
