I love these fresh juices and smoothies. They taste incredible, arrive packaged well and frozen to go straight into my freezer and my orders always arrive correctly and in good time. Highly recommended.

The box arrived damaged and open. A few juices had defrosted. I did email the company but I never heard back from them. I found this disappointing as they are usually very good. I had to throw away the defrosted juices.

I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the delivery service you use. DPD is terrible, and because of their incompetence, I never did receive my order. I wasn't able to pick it up from the place they took it to. They were supposed to deliver it to my home. Unfortunately, as long as Big Juice LTD is using DPD, I cannot order from the company.

Fast delivery & Excellent Juices

I ordered online. My money was taken. No product was ever sent. Emails ignored. Live chat unanswered. Phone line goes through to voicemail. A total scam

Ordered a Nutri-Rich Plan and rather than receive 7 ginger shots, I was sent 7 wheat grass shots instead (ewwwwwww).
The other juices I ordered are good and they sent me free extra juices to try but I was really looking forward to the 7 ginger shots and so I'm disappointed. Thanks for the extra juices, and the other Nutri-Rich juices though (they were as described).

I made the stupid mistake of ordering juice with this company on the 15th December 2019. They took the money immediately, however, one month later no product received, no money refunded. Sent numerous emails, which have been ignored. This company is clearly a scam and they deserve to go out of business for their abysmal customer service and general behaviour. Avoid this bunch of charlatans at all costs.
