Trustworthy whiskey shop
Found a difficult to find whiskey for a decent price. Carlos was spectacular to talk to and work with. Give these guys a try. They were very good to me.

Don’t trust this seller
My bottle hasn’t been sent more than 2 weeks after paying for it and I have emailed the seller and had no response. I have asked for a refund but had no response too.

We sent an email to you with a notice of this being out of stock and a free upgrade to a 17 YO Caol Ila G&M Connoisseurs Choice. I sent you another email today after we received a response simply asking for a refund. This has been processed at your request and takes 2-3 days to hit people's accounts again.
We are sorry that this has not been either in time for what you need or how ever either we have let you down enough for you to leave a 1 star review. I had hoped a free upgrade would do the trick to assist you.

I purchased the Game of Thrones whisky collection with chest, which Carlos delivered in person which was a very nice touch. Very well recieved and much appreciated quality purchase. Would definitely recommend.

My bottle hasn’t arrived one week after paying for it and I have emailed you and the seller and had no response. Not a good service for a first time buyer. I have asked you for a refund but had no acknowledgments. Shocking!

Hi Stuart,
This was dispatched the next day after your order with the tracking number for Royal Mail on this one. Sometimes mailing companies let us down and the very few times, for some reason it always hits people hard. It sucks! I wish you would have called before leaving this as we are always happy to help out. I spoke with you on the phone to give you the info also after this review. Hopefully after having given you the evidence and the whisky arriving with you on the 5th is sufficient to hopefully at least upgrade us to a 2 stars out of 5 :(
Royal Mail 24 and 48 used to mean exactly that but now it seems 24 = 38 and 48 = 72 or 96 even. Anyway RM rant aside, we are always delighted to serve you and help you whenever you need something and if it is urgent we can always upgrade things to a Special Delivery for a few pounds more.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered over a month ago and experienced extremely poor communication. After chasing multiple times, I finally got one reply saying stock would arrive at the end of April. I followed up again after that—and got completely ignored.
In the end, I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. This shouldn’t be necessary for a simple order. Very disappointing service and lack of reliability. I would not recommend.

We are sorry about this. We created the listing and at the base of this it states that the Springbank arrives with us at the end of April. The bottle is with us at the store however within the last 2 days we have been closed for the Spirit of Speyside Festival.
We note an email sent to you explaining this delivery timeframe. We are really sorry to have let you down and it is not how we operate.
We are always available to telephone directly which is the best way of getting to us as we receive a very large volume of messages and emails for all kinds of things and do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible.
We hope we can serve you in the future to show you what our service levels are like. This for us is horrific for us to know that someone is out there that is not happy with us. These are the times that we remember and sit with us from here on out. If you are ever in Aberdeen, we have a single cask Springbank dram on the house waiting for you on the house.

Awesome whisky company that always help me to get the things that I want and look after their own customers well. The company is a little more human and the owner of the company welcomes phone calls and direct messaging like a concierge service when you're a little more a human being and communicate. Shipping to the US always arrives fine and I keep going back to them so i guess they are doing something right. Thanks a lot Carlos! Keep up the great work

5 star service. Ordered a bottle that turned out not to be in stock. They messaged me to suggest alternatives and were very apologetic and helpful and even offered a discount on a slightly higher priced item.
