This is probably the 3rd review I've given them even though I place an order every week, often more.
They've never let me down, even over Christmas - if I place an order before noon and select 1st class Royal Mail then I get it the next day. I'd order all my components from them if I could.

Can't rate them highly enough - the only company I use that has never let me down, no matter what size the order. If they have something I need then I know (if I select first class) that it will be with me the following day. Great prices and quality too!

I have been using this store for 2 years, they have only let me down with their products once but they were quick to send me a replacement. Amazing store, shop here a couple times per month, would recommend! A larger selection of items would be nice, like stepper motors and batteries.

No bells and whistles on the website. It's pretty basic. Which I like because they seem to be putting all their resources in the right places, ie. delivering to their customers.
They're responsive to questions, shipping is lightning fast, and best of all they send by Royal Mail at a realistic cost - I think it starts at about £2.20
This means that if you need a single inexpensive component, you can actually order one without it costing 5-10times more in shipping than the cost of the part. They have more expensive options for shipping if you wanted that too.

Came across this company when trying to find a source for small quantities of electronic components. They have a wide range of components at good prices, no minimum order and a small fixed delivery charge. Their service and communication is excellent. This is now my third order and based on my experience I would completely recommend them.

I've been buying electronic components from Bitsbox for a couple of years now, and they have always been 100% reliable!

I would like to comment on their communication and returns policy (which I'm sure are excellent) but since I have NEVER had any problems with anything I have purchased, or needed to return anything whatsoever, I cannot... again, this illustrates that their sources of components, and QC checks are top notch, and that their service is flawless.

I have ordered parts from many other component suppliers over the years, and have had the odd hiccup here and there, but when ordering from Bitsbox, I am always certain that everything will go smoothly, and I will receive my items quickly.

I have never been disappointed!

It's a rare thing, in my opinion, to experience a company that has a 100% track record, with no mistakes, no missed/faulty items, or flaky returns policy, but Bitsbox have done just that!

Wish I'd found this shop earlier. Excellent service even when I clicked on wrong part , simple email they corrected no problem, try that with eBay or Amazon 20 questions time 5* service to power of 10 as Arnie says"i'll be back"

Been using bitsbox for a while now. They stock electronics components at extremely competitive prices with fair delivery prices.

Their prices are almost always better than aliexpress or ebay and there is no comparison with the likes of RS, mouser etc. For example, I checked aliexpress for a breadboard power module - cost was 70pence, but delivery was £2+ ... bitsbox do 'em for about £1.50, so add in the fact that I wanted some other bits and bobs AND that I didnt want to wait until Christmas, and it is an absolute no brainer.

Delivery has always been fast and delivery cost for light items is just the cost of Royal Mail and packaging (about £1.80 ish). Compare that to, say RS, where you **may** find a component cheaper - but then pay £6 to get a 5 pence resistor delivered.

Obviously the components are chinese sourced, but I absolutely trust bitsbox to exercise quality control over their stock, so you know exactly what you are going to get.

So great shop, hope business is booming as would hate to lose you!

Just received my first order of electronic components for my daughter from bitsbox. I had ordered on Saturday and received today (Tuesday). The components arrived in a small package with a bill of materials detailing each component, quantity and price. Each component type is packed in separate clear plastic packets. Each plastic packet is labeled with the part number.

My newest favourite 'local' supplier of electronics components and related bits and bobs. Items arrived in good time and well packaged. Pricing is quite competitive and customer service is great.
