Hidden service!

I want to complain about the BJ's service. Me and my husband are very disappointed, we are new for BJ's and didn't know about the membership cards and imagine our surprise when at the checkout our assistant told us that we need to buy a membership for at least 55$ or we will be additionaly charged 20% of our cheque. What a hidden service?? We didn't know about that and If knew - selected maybe another shop. Besides we stopped the whole line with people.
Now we think about choosing another one shop despite of membership!! Awerful! Now I'm thinking of reccomendation to my friends or not.

BJ's Club Port Charlotte/ Tire Shop
I went in to price tires. One client was engaged in casual banter with the seated Attendant.who did not say anything to me for at least five minutes. Then, he said matter of factly "I"ll be with you in a few minutes. The tire bays were empty except for the one car whose owner was reacting in alarm that the tires were not put where he wanted them on the car.
There was no sense of urgency whatsoever.
I worked thirty years in Customer Service and saw Red Flags all over the customer service here. First, stand. People get the idea that maybe you're a little more casual than you should be while people are waiting.
After another seven minutes, I left. No wonder they aren't doing much business at this location. Local tire shops have nothing to worry about.

Promotes racism

Apparently BJ’s in Northborough is okay with openly people standing outside their store petitioning against undocumented individuals. I’m beyond disappointed that BJ’s would allow something like this - racism is NEVER acceptable. There’s no justification for it. I would give them zero star’s if it allowed me to!

Damaged and Irregular goods

They don't tell people that you are actually buying damaged/irregular goods and that is the only reason we get a discount for bulk items!!! Both BJs and Sam's Club are complicit in this lie!!! More than once I have purchased items that were irregular or damaged!

You aren't getting a discount because you are buying in bulk! It's because a lot of the items are damaged and/pr irregular! They should be honest about it!!

BJ's has terrible credit card service

BJ's has terrible credit card service. If you don't want to make a payment or check balance online, the wait time to speak with a representative exceeds 60 minutes. They also change account numbers without notice so that on-time electronic payments do not arrive by due date, which generates interest. This is a fraud practice in my state.

No voy a pagar membresía para que violen mis derecho

Después de muchos años de pagar una membresía en Bjs para poder comprar, resulta que hoy mi compañero y yo pasamos a comprar después de salir del trabajo, para mi gran sorpresa después de haber pagado, cuando estoy pasando el recibo de pago al que disque revisa los artículos, me dice que tiene que revisar nuestras mochilas; cuando le pregunto muy seria y enojada, que está pasando, me dice que, es nueva política de Bjs y me enseñó el letrero, obviamente después de haber leído le abrimos nuestras mochilas, porque entendemos que él no tiene la culpa de las nuevas políticas de Bjs. Pues bien, el pudo ver nuestros instrumentos de trabajo , hasta las toallas sanitarias que estoy usando en el día de hoy. Gracias a Dios que en el mes de Septiembre se vence mi membresía y tendría que renovar, osea, volver a pagar para poder gastar mi dinero donde además tengo que pasar por la humillación de que abran mi cartera delante de una gran fila de personas. Ellos tienen cámaras y se podrían asegurar quien roba y quien no, para que no tengan que poner polizas tan horribles... para que no tengan que violar la privacidad de las personas, abriendoles carteras en la salida. Segura estoy y de la mano del Señor todopoderoso que, no vuelvo jamás. Yo sé que existen personas que roban, pero no nos pueden juzgar a todos por igual. Trabajo demasiado para aceptar que se nos trate de esa manera, y quisiera saber si harían lo mismo con personas que no son hispanas, también quisiéramos saber si ellos lo permitirían como lo hicimos nosotros. Buena suerte con su nueva política. Hasta nunca .

Bj's customer service is the worst

Bj's customer service is the worst. After i line of an hour literally, my ice cream has melted. The manager of Valley stream Bj's should be fired for being so callous and let the customer lined up until their ice cream melts. Unreal,

I ordered a grill gazebo online

I ordered a grill gazebo online. When ordering online you have to setup a delivery date. This was never explained to me. I received an email saying my item was shipped. After waiting a few days and not receiving it, I checked my shipment status. My shipment status said, could not reach the customer. No one "EVER" tried to contact me. I set my delivery date at that time and called BJ's. The rep just continuously said, "I understand". Then proceeded to tell me my delivery date was for July 5th. My shipment date that was "missed" in my email said, July 3rd. They were not going to do anything for their mistake. I requested to speak to a supervisor (whom never came to the phone). The rep returned to say they will credit me $20.00. I will NEVER order NOTHING from them again. This is such bad business.

Worst customer service experience ever

There are no words to describe how terrible the on line customer service experience was from BJs. I received a damaged patio furniture order and attempted to return it by filing an online claim. Spoke to 6 different people and had 6 different answers and excuses. No one knew what to do or how to process the return and all I got was a run around. Eventually I brought the furniture back to the store and they were quite helpful. The manager explained that they have the worst outsourced customer service and no one should ever try to buy anything online. Only buy in the club!

Bad hidden policies at BJ's.com

Both I and my husband are on the same membership we purchased at BJ's. I made an order on a 2-day shipping delivery and used his name for the order just because for convenience his name showed up during check-out on the computer. I ordered 3 packs of paper towels and only one showed up. I called after waiting for a few extra days and they told me they were sent from a far away club, thanks for telling me only when I called. I used the tracking number on June 29th that they gave me and there is no information on when they will arrive. I called again and they refused to talk to me because the order was under my husband's name while I am also part of the membership. They made a mistake and they would not talk to me to rectify their mistake. Finally got a supervisor that tried to fix the problem. Turns out that the paper towels were never sent. He put in a request for a refund which I do not want because if I order them again, I will have to pay shipping charges again. The manager was really nice and tried to help but was not able to guarantee that the towels will be resent again. Such drama for 2 packs of paper towels, what a waste of time, it's just disgusting.

Such a waste of time and money also. There is no such kind of management there.Club side pick up took 2 hrs time and whenever I am calling from my car, they said is almost done, I had my 3 year daughter with me. At the end I needed to park my car and visit inside and asked where is my order? then they are saying we are still working on this!!! , it was just 2 Milk Cans and 2 more items I orders!!! From now I am never going to visit this third class service store 😑 I canceled my membership

If only I could give negative stars

If only I could give negative stars! We ordered 3 air conditioners over a month and a half ago, they were never delivered. I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to get my money back…. I have called numerous times, I have emailed numerous times, I have gone to the club (where they told me they can’t help me because I started the “return” process online).

Still waiting for a refund.

BJ’s is THE WORST online retailer I’ve ever dealt with.

Do not order an appliance from BJs.com. They offer "free delivery, free installation, free haul away of old appliance." This was the reason I ordered a dishwasher from BJ's instead of Lowe's or Home Depot. I thought I was getting a good deal. However, when the dishwasher was delivered, the delivery company (JB Hunt) stated they could not install the dishwasher because my old one was "hardwired" and I would need an electrician to install it. I called BJ's and 3 weeks later, the dishwasher is still sitting in my kitchen uninstalled. I told them if I can't get the free installation as promised, I just want to return the dishwasher, and they are giving me a hard time about that. I'm about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In case this review is sent to BJs, my order number is 171465791.

misleading add on gas for 75 cents off per gallon. i got the 4 items needed to get my discout on pump got 10 cents went back to store for credit they said the ice drink i got was the wrong one. never seen any other kind. lost 65 cents on 30 gallons of gas.lets see if bj s respond.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BJS

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BJS. Order #169139332, Paid $448 3 weeks later all I have received is 7 items, 2 of which were so damaged they weren't edible. I am missing literally MOST of this order. $400 worth of stuff, OVER 30 ITEMS STILL NEVER DELIVERED. 7 calls later, 3 SUPERVISORS. I've been repeatedly & deliberately lied to. A supervisor emailed me, he claimed he scheduled the delivery for the following day. FOLLOWING DAY- STILL Never was delivered. Guess what, emailed him 3 times now days later- explaining there's still no delivery. And zero response. SILENCE. Called today was told again that it will be delivered, I lost it! This company will run you around in circles never once investigating or looking into why the shipment hasn't moved in 2 weeks. I will be cancelling my BJs membership over this. I am a new member, having used SAMS and COSTCO for years; This was only my 2nd order & purchase experience with BJs. I've tried begging for a refund, which they keep explaining is a process. Well- I am now paying my credit card bill for items I NEVER RECEIVED.

DO NOT SHOP BJS. I ordered patio gazebo online for 1500.00 it showed up with damaged roof panels. I have been dealing with customer service for almost a month and no help. I get the same automated email and when I call in and speak with someone it's like the customer service is located in a different country. I get the same excuse from every employee stating they are sorry the last person I spoke with didn't do the return correctly and assure me that it is now correct and I will receive an email with replacement delivery date and nothing comes. They only keep pushing you around and have no intentions of helping. I have never had an issue at sams club. Don't waste your money at bjs.

Severely dented cans that were shipped…

Severely dented cans that were apparently shipped that way since the boxes were in perfect condition. For example, 17/24 chicken breast cans are very dented, with 4 that must be tossed out or risk botulism.

The customer service person seemed to understand and BJs says they will reimburse me for the cans that are unacceptably dented. I appreciate their attempt to make this right
