I ordered a sectional couch on their website because it said ships in 15 days. It shipped on 11/23. They delivered it over a month later on 12/29 after I had to call them day after day to find out where it was. They shipped the wrong piece and now who knows how long I have to wait until they send the right piece. And for all that trouble they first offered me $20 and then $50. Worst customer service ever. Especially from the manager Charlie.

One star is too good for Bjs on December 23, 2022 I purchased a $446.04 same-day delivery order my stuff never arrived. I called Bj's customer service and was told my money will be refunded. I also called the corporate office and was told the same thing, today is December 27th, 2022, and I did not receive my refund.

BJS Wholesale has the worst online customer service ever. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. I bought a freezer on line on Nov 5th. It arrived on November 15th. We realized after opening it was damaged on bottom close to compressor. We have called, emailed and done instant chats to resolve without anything working out. The emails are prescripted, canned sentences always saying the same thing: "We have escalated to internal team" or "I apologize for the inconvenience. You will be given a gift card..." etc etc. They were supposed to come pick it up. We got emails then saying, that BJs was waiting for us to return it! We loaded it in our car this morning at 7:00 and I returned it. Then the Asst. Manager gave me a phone number to call. I just got off the phone. There was so much noise that I could not hear the manager. I gave up and said I would call back. Now, a refund was issued but did not include the delivery fee they charged when bringing us the freezer. There is much more than this. I have pages of emails that say results will come but never do. Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted. Criminal charges would be more appropriate. Almost $500 online grocery order stolen by their delivery service and no proper help. Finally got some other office claiming they would issue me a refund in 5 business days and it’s been two weeks. Plus they tried to use my credit card for an unauthorized amount and I was alerted by my bank. Called again and they told me they will issue a refund and of course they didn’t see any mention of the refund that I was supposed to get two weeks before. All this during thanksgiving and had me in a very bad situation for food for my kids and family. I will never shop at any BJs again and it’s so sad because I was a long time member.

I always do my grocery shopping in BJ New Castle- most of the staff there are very rude today I experienced it again. I went to self scan and I forgot to scan one item which is the water $3.00 I’m exhausted from holiday shopping my husband said just removed it and I said I also have a free turkey- she said you have to go to customer service to correct the item but I don’t understand she keep arguing with my husband without checking the free turkey is in the receipt and she can just removed the water then we can go…. The customer service have long line we don’t want to waste our time— Again we’re very disappointed with the service they provided not a good attitude for a holiday….I hope they need to discipline this worker

I was purchasing (2) 2 packs of Olay Regenerist Moisturizer for $46.99 x2 = $94.00. I had two - $10.00 off 2 Olay Regenerist moisturizing creams giving me $10.00 off each 2pk. The Cashier & cashier supervisor both said I have to purchase two separate 2 packs (totaling 4 jars) Spend $94.00 to get $10.00 off. So I have to purchase the 4 jars to get $10 off. BJs Mile High apple pie was the worst I ever had. The only reason I bought it was because it was still warm but when I got home and had a slice it was really disappointing. After opening the box it looked really good but the apples inside were very rubbery, not good at all. They used old apples to make this pie. Last time I am getting any baked goods from them.

I shop at BJs in Plymouth, Ma. I just wanted to say Thank You for a employee at the Customer Service Desk. DJ has always been helpful and informative. DJ has helped with any questions or problems. Great Customer Service!!!

the absolute worst customer service. We ordered a TV from them online exactly 1 month ago... it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later, we still do not have it and have been calling for the last 2 weeks trying to get a refund and I keep getting "3 to 5 business days" its been FIVE "3 to 5" business days at this point and still not refund.
Awesome Employee, Awesome Meat Department
I stopped in to the Ward Hill BJ’s to pick up a couple of Roaster chickens which, by the way, are the best around. I was helped by Matt, who provided exceptional information and service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient; however, what impressed me most was his enthusiasm and desire to provide a pleasant and positive shopping experience for me. Matt definitely possesses those personal and work qualities that ensure optimal customer satisfaction and BJ loyalty. Kudos to him and the people who have been instrumental in training him!
Deli and meat service
At BJ's club:184 we were at the deli about 2:30 pm. There was line of people waiting for service with only one person waiting on customers. My husband went and asked the manager if she could send some help. Her response was no one else was certified to work there. Right next to the deli there was a man at the rotisserie just standing there waiting for the chicken to be done. Insult to injury there was no hamburger. I'v been with the store for 40 plus yrs this the worst. I'm ready to go to COSCOS.

I would leave O if I could! Worst customer service ever! Shopped for a few items only to find out my membership expired. Went to Customer Service. 1 person working. Waiting in line 25 minutes only to be told I would have to pay $65.00! i said I have paid 25$ for years. No attempt to make this right. Rude employee. Said "you need a coupon". Price $55.00 plus a 10$ Service Charge! I left my cart full of items! No Thank You! This is why I will shop at Costco! Better Customer Service. No empty shelves! Never Again!
Don't waste your time!
My colleague always talks about BJ's, so I went online and applied for a "Day Pass". The online site seems to be just items that were on sale. So, I went to BJ's and the parking lot seemed to be a little empty too be on a Saturday. Okay, three customers in line for customer service and four employees behind the counter and I still waited 20 minuets. Because one employee stated she only work stock. Once I go to the counter, I was told that I had to pay for a one-day pass or 10% of the purchase. But online was free and you just have to pull up and the store would load it in your trunk. An empty parking lot, an empty store and bad customer service. Hench the reason I got to Costco.
Not happy customers
Not happy customers. Sent payment on 9/1 (due 9/27) and this payment was applied as extra payment for August statement since we didn't realize closing date was 9/2 and we got a late fee added on 9/27. We asked for the fee to be taken off and have the account fixed since it was messed up by 1 DAY. Nope won't do it. So dissatisfied with the poor customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL
Customer Care is Horrendous!
I bought a patio set for $999. Two of the four chairs were damaged, so I contacted support. I wanted to return them, since I was worried about the quality based on the damage. Over three weeks of customer care lip service. Cannot reach anyone in authority. I want this stuff picked up and I want my money back! BJs CustomerCare is a joke. Powerless service reps stringing me along. Small claims court next stop.

Return policy on sanitary products
Went to return substandard BJs garbage bags( all the 4 I pulled out ripped at the seam.
I was told at the returns section that BJs does not take back sanitary products once opened.
What is our recourse? Live with torn garbage bags or throw them????😡
