She spent so much time giving me the advice and explaining everything to me. I am very glad and 100% satisfied with not only with the product but also with Sue’s advice.

I ordered a new pair of waterproof boots
I ordered a new pair of waterproof walking boots online only yesterday and was very happy to receive them this afternoon. Excellent service and the boots are quality, fit well, feel nice and are awesome. Thank you Helen of the Blacks store in Lincoln, nice job :)

Excellent service, even though I returned the item
My order was delivered quickly and the item - a cashmere beanie - was fab quality. I returned it (wasn't right for me) but - gah - without my order details. I rang them, they'd received the anonymous beanie but didn't know who it was from. 'Me' (plus my details), I told them - and they had refunded me within the hour. Amazing. Bete noir of the masses House of Fraser, take note.
