Black Country Metal Works Avis

Found exactly what I needed from Black Country Metal Works. Items arrived on time & exactly as described. Big shoutout to Ben & Rhiannon, great service & would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Meadow design wellington boot holder. An outstanding piece, great quality and really beautiful design. Customer service and response was quick( thanks Rhiannon) I wasn’t aware that they are packaged separately. So impressed I’m now looking to purchase a fire guard.

Order has not been delivered from 2nd October to today 19th October, and am still waiting. Customer Service is next to none existent
with no sense of a good service having contacted them on occasions to no avail. Very poor.

The item we purchased and the service you have given is just SUPERB and quality. We wanted to share this with anyone who was looking at your site too? We have just ordered the 4x Robins too for Christmas gifts too, so Thank You and it really has been a pleasure to order such great items and to receive such Brilliant Service...its Refreshing!

I purchased two items from the Etsy site, these arrived individually boxed inside another box, so perfect for wrapping and gifting. The items are really well made using quality materials. Well done to Rhiannon the customer care manager ansmd all the team.

Bought a ‘spoon Robin’ via Etsy.
Excellent delivery time & a lovely quality, well made piece. My mum is going to love it! Would recommend. Thank you.

I have ordered several items from Black Country Metal Works and have been very pleased with all the items. They are well made, well packaged and arrived promptly after ordering. I have not needed to contact the company but have been told that if I need to then Rhiannon is the best person to help. I will order from this small family run business again.

The company & staff are first class.
Items are well packaged and arrive promptly.
Staff are polite, friendly & efficient.
On this last occasion, Rae tried her utmost to resolve my issue,

Very fast delivery, Tin man was perfect and great quality. Rhiannon was amazing and customer service was 5 star.

We absolutely adore our badger house number sign. It's beautiful to look at, clear to read and makes me smile everytime I walk past it.

Lovely little stool. Arrived quickly and v happy with it.

Recently bought an item from this shop it was a bird using recycled spoons.
It wad a brilliant little thing and was well
Made and well crafted. Unfortunately i cant add a picture as it was for a friends birthday. They too was really happy with it and found it to be unique as it is not something they had ever seen before.
The delivery was also very quick.
I highly recommend a visit to this site

Well made gift for a DJ friend. Prompt and well packaged delivery. Communication with customer service communication excellent (Rhiannon). Would recommend.

Very good value and excellent no fuss service. I wanted a simple poker set and that is exactly what I got.

The incredible sculptures and information on them was so interesting. The shear size of the Gorilla Kong, and Centipeed made from golf clubs was amazing .Excellent , but busy cafe , with slabs of cake , that if you don’t finish , go away in a box! Friendly service , reasonable, and a great shop. Make sure you visit the back yard sculptures for sale!A great day out .

This is a great little find which I bought as a gift for a sound engineer friend who does some DJ work. It is the ultimate gift promoting recycling and will be loved forever. Ben repurposes metal items by taking what he has, designing what those pieces can become and finally producing his vision into 3D reality. A well made, sturdy little sculpture. Rhiannon works alongside him as the customer service “face” of the business. She ensured I received speedy service from order to delivery.

Fantastic range of items and great quality
Would highly recommend

I bought a little digger for a birthday present , I must say it’s so well made and the detail is incredible my son loves it , thanks to Rihanna for your help

Such a cute little robin. Great recycled Christmas gift. Smooth ordering, prompt delivery, well packed and Black Country even followed-up afterwards. Many thanks to Ben and Rhiannon.
