Black Country Metal Works Avis

Such a cute little robin. Great recycled Christmas gift. Smooth ordering, prompt delivery, well packed and Black Country even followed-up afterwards. Many thanks to Ben and Rhiannon.

Bought a recycled 'DJ' for my daughter's partner for Christmas. I love this site the artwork made from discarded 'bits' are amazing! Such a fantastic company. Definitely recommend

Bought the recycled metal motorbike as a gift. Lovely craftsmanship with a great price. Really quick delivery. I would highly recommend. Thanks to Rhiannon and Ben

Great experience with this family business, helped by Rhiannon, customer service manager and Ben, the brilliant artist. Love this wonderful item, good weight to it and it looks amazing. The detail is great and a true work of art ! Perfect as a gift, which this one is and it's bigger than I expected. Arrived quickly and was well packed.

The items bought were all fabulous. I bought a large tin man for my hubby first. Then I bought a small one and a bird. Then I bought 2 small tin men. Everyone was delighted with their presents. Rhiannon was helpful as ever!!

Absolutely stunning — exceptional workmanship!
I’m absolutely thrilled with the Recycled Metal Parts Mini Cruiser Motorbike Ornament. It is stunning in person, and the level of workmanship is incredible. The attention to detail is outstanding and it looks even better than I expected.
It was securely packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. Considering the quality and craftsmanship, I think it represents amazing value for money.
A special mention must also go to Rhiannon, who provided excellent customer service throughout.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for something unique, beautifully made and great value. Five stars without hesitation!

The metal cutlery bird sculpture is brilliantly made and looks fantastic. I’d highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be buying from Black Country Metal Works again

I recently purchased three wrought iron roses, one a very fitting and ideal gift for the recipient. The roses are an excellent quality. It is an imaginative use of wrought iron, somehow combining the delicate features of a flower with the nature of the material used. They were well-packaged and arrived very quickly with a thank you message.

Had problem with delivery company however BCMW came through and sorted it out. Or I should say Holly Copeland became involved and she was fantastic, wi would have cancelled the two units ordered had it not been for Holly sorting a solution and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Can’t fault Holly she was “fab” and also so happy delivery issue was resolved because the Mango Wood Unit and Industrial Style Wall Unit were both stunning and fantastic value for money. My thanks to Holly for saving the sale and providing me with a genuine outstanding level of Customer Service, well done 👍😁

Ordered the Robin made from recycled cutlery. This arrived in good time and was beautifully made. I bought this as a gift and the recipient was really happy with it. Special thanks to Rhiannon.

I bought the tin man as a silver wedding anniversary present for my husband. He loves him & the tin man resides on his desk in the home office. He is too cute to put in the garden. I really couldn’t have found a more unusual, but appropriate gift.
Thanks to Ben, Rhiannon, & the team for being amazing.

Items arrived quickly and well packaged. Very good quality and have made a wonderful addition to the garden and house. Thank you to Ben and a special recognition to Rhiannon who is the customer service manager. Fabulous job all round.

I bought a very elegant teapot. Good solid shape & solid handle. At upward of 1400g it's a bit heavy but I still love it. At first I bemoaned the lack of the little knob on the edge of the lid to stop it falling off, but the knob in the centre does that -- being perfectly sized so my finger reaches it while I pour

Bought a recycled cutlery handcrafted robin ornament. Really beautifully made and arrived on time. Thank you to Ben and Customer Service Manager, Rhiannon. Highly recommend this family run business.

Excellent craftmans ship and it is exactly the same as the photograph. Thank you Rhiannon

I received my gorgeous Mary Poppins weather vane from Ben at Black Country Metalworks very quickly. The vane arrived well packaged for it's postal journey, there were clear instructions inside the packaging as to how to put together the vane for instalation. There is a choice of two ways to pop together so as to site the vane in the best position to stand proud of a wall, roof etc. These vanes are well made, great quality. I'm extremely happy with my purchase & I'd definitely recommend Black Country Metalworks to all.

Quirky gift for 'Tin' (10th) Anniversary. Very prompt dispatch and delivery good value and quality. Safely packaged. Son & Daughter-in-law love them. Thank you.

Very recently purchased a recycled metal and copper sustainable proposal sculpture from Black Country Metal Works, proving excellent value, impressive crafting and perfect for the occasion.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company and proud to support independent sellers, particularly as the customer service manager, Rhiannon, was very professional and my gift was dispatched in good time which makes a big difference.

Really pleased with Coal Scuttle, excellent value and quick delivery. Thanks 👌
