Went in to buy some new hiking shoes. Not sure on the server’s name but young woman with brown curly hair. Great service, helped me pick out shoes quickly. My first time in Blacks and will definitely be going again when I need something else outdoor related.

I have not used Blacks for some time to purchase outdoor gear. However, I was looking for a North Face duffel bag and decided to try the Blacks in Bristol. I was really impressed with their prices for the bags, which were much better value than the North Face shop close by. The salesperson, James, proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting. Overall it proved to be a very rewarding visit and I will certainly give Blacks another look when requiring outdoor gear in the future.

Visited Blacks Bristol looking for a pair of walking boots. Ollie was knowledgeable and friendly and offered the pros and cons of a number of boots at different price points. I tried different pairs but ended up going for his first suggestion which were great for me. The experience in the shop was very pleasant.

I bought some outdoor shoes from Blacks. They had a good selection of shoes in stock and the sale prices were very reasonable. Ollie was happy to go back and forth bringing me different shoes and sizes. In these days of generally poor customer service, I was pleased to find great customer service at Blacks. It made the shopping experience more pleasurable and I will definitely go there again.
