Buying at Blacks Bristol
I was served by a gentleman called James at the store in Bristol.
I informed him that I required a product to waterproof my hiking boots.
He explained what was available and how best to treat the boots with a number of points that I hadn’t considered.
He was an exemplary shop assistant who obviously took pride in his work.

The Blacks staff were wonderful
The Blacks staff were great. Especially Louis, he was quick to notice I was waiting for some advice and took the time to help me find the right hiking gloves for the occasion. His genuine interest made me feel welcome and that he genuinely wanted to help. Thanks again

Great advice from Louis
Went in to buy a hiking rucksack for a present - didn’t know what to go for, but Louis came to the rescue - he had great advice, thoughtful and honest and no hard sales pitch just really helpful and knowledgeable. And to top
It all a great 30% sale was on - recipient very pleased with his new Osprey backpack.

James couldn't have been more helpful…
James couldn't have been more helpful when I bought a pair of gloves yesterday. There wasn't my size on the rack so he check on the computer and asked someone to get my size from the store room. Being waterproof the gloves will be perfect for walking the dog. So glad I popped in
