My size of sandal was not available in store and the assistant that served me went above and beyond in helping me to order on my phone. She was extremely helpful, patient and polite.

I’ve been a customer for decades. And it’s difficult to fault the staff, customer service, or the product selection. I found the several managers of particular high and professional service. Friendly, courteous and helpful.

Needed some waterproof trousers as I’m going on a bike trip next week. Found what I wanted straight away, no queue at the till and the assistant told me about the half price offer on neck warmers, very handy on the bike.

I was welcomed in to the store like I…
I was welcomed in to the store like I was an old friend and the old man called chris. He took his time to explain everything to me and was just a delight to talk to. I would definitely recommend Bromley blacks as they’re all so nice and polite. He help me find a device for when my nan needs the bath room out hiking I didn’t even know there was a thing called a she wee. My nan will be so pleased. Thank you so much and got bless.
