We were served by Jamie and Charlie both of whom were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful about the products we were looking for (a dry robe and insulated leggings for my wife)

Very good service from Hollie today when buying a pair of Merrell walking shoes. She took time to ensure that I had the right size. Very pleased with my purchase, good shoes for a good price.

Purchased 2 pairs of gloves. Explained the purpose one for rambling the other pair for general use. Staff member explained that as a rambler I was entitled to 15% discount. Very pleased with service.

Have bought a few items from Blacks in the past and I am pleased to report that the level of service I received was once again excellent. Nothing was too much trouble as I tried on several different pairs of walking boots in 3 different sizes, (odd shaped feet). I was not put under any pressure and was able to take all the time I needed to make a choice. Dave was very patient and knowledgeable. I could not have hoped for a better shopping experience.

Helpful place for a UPS Drop off and got myself a new pair of walking boots at the same time. Joe was very helpful

Issac served me upstairs in Blacks Burt St Edmund’s in the walking boot dept. He was quite busy with a good 3 or 4 customers but remained attentive and calm, very helpful and professional. He brought 3 pairs boots for me to try and I chose some. Great service. Thankyou.

Absolutely brilliant service today 2/1/25 from Charlie at Blacks Bury St Edmunds. Unfortunately had to return a pair of Merrell walking shoes, one of which was causing me pain. Just explained the problem to Charlie and he sorted me with a replacement pair. Extremely polite and knowledgeable, 1st class thank you
