Excellent service
Excellent service by a very friendly and helpful assistant (Ruth). They did not have instore what we wanted so Ruth without hesitation said she could order it online for us if we wanted. We took up the offer and it was done in minutes.
We were also greeted when we entered the store by again a friendly member of staff.
Would definitely recommend Black's.

Knowledgeable and helpful
Hannah was the most helpful, knowledgeable assistant I have come across! She went out of her way to help me return some walking boots I had worn but had rubbed badly. I bought a different pair and again she was extremely helpful searching for the right socks and inputting the relevant discount. Above and beyond what I expected.
