Blacks - Lincoln Avis 

Today I was served by Nicole at the Lincoln store. I was buying hiking boots for my son. Nicole was polite and informative. It was a pleasure to be served by Nicole and I'd certainly recommend the Lincoln store.

Outstanding customer service. The original item was still new but it was actually faulty. I was given a replacement without any fuss - I had a pic of the transaction but no receipt so I'm really pleased and very grateful that it was sorted so easily. Thank you!

Came in for a new rucksack as my 65l was too small, was served by a lady called Jenny. She was super helpful and shared some of her own experiences which helped choose the new bag. All in all very happy with my purchase and experience. Jenny was a credit to your team!

Was looking for walking shoes but have issues with achilles tendons and was helped by a very knowledgeable lady called Jess. It makes a refreshing change to find a shop with someone who knew her stuff on the products and was able to provide some good advice on what to get. Thanks Jess

Recently visited the Lincoln store to purchase walking boots for our children for DofE. Tom was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable. After spending almost an hour trying on various boots, we came away with suitably fitting boots for our boys.

I was introduced to Tom in the footwear department. I had an idea of what I wanted and he was very helpful. He guided me to the correct brand for a more suitable fit for my wider feet (Merrell Moab 3). I have been wearing them for a week now for a charity walk I am doing. Safe to say they are superb. Top marks Tom

This store has a great product range, the prices are always very competitive. Last of all the staff are very friendly and professional.
