Blacks - London Tottenham Court Avis 

Had very fast, and supportive service from the Team at Blacks. I was served by a very helpful woman, how allowed me to try a whole bunch of shoes and got them out very quickly. I think she was called Inayah (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). Samuel and Tohmid, did a great job supporting too. Always go to a shop to test walking boots in person!

Great customer service in the shop in Tottenham court road - the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful and polite. Love my jacket too!

Very helpful Manager, Philip, at Tottenham Court Road store. As well as my purchase he told me about current promotions in store. I’ve been there a few times recently, staff welcoming, attentive and helpful.

We were served by Phillip and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about walking boots whilst being amiable and witty.
I did not feel pushed into purchasing but I am very pleased with the boots I bought. I was guided, but given plenty of time to decide. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for taking time and making the whole experience enjoyable. We will definitely return if we require any further walking equipment.
