Blacks - Salisbury Avis 

I saw an assistant by the name of’Rich’ who ably guided me through a range of trainers that might be suitable for my particular uses. His POS knowledge was excellent and I liked his professional approach.

Katie was very helpful but nor overbearing at all. She told me about the National Trust discount. I was in two minds about my purchase but learning about this made me choose to buy the boots.

I had a broken tent pole elastic, took it into this store, Sean was able to repair it for me. The store was busy, but he found time to help other customers at the same time. This fantastic level of service is so rare these days!! Thankyou Sean

Went in looking for light weight walking shoes. Rich was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I'm a awkward size, he went over and above to get the trainer I needed, especially as I'm fussy about colours. Such a pleasure to find someone happy to help. Thanks Rich, will be recommending you.

We asked a worker ( assistant 15- no name on receipt) if we could see a cool box out of the box , he was very helpful and polite… we then found it on the internet cheaper and he agreed to price match it , he then reminded us we could use our blue light service card… the worker was lovely and helpful all the way through and we felt he really looked after us

Having problem feet its difficult finding comfortable shoes and I dread shoe shopping. Hayden was very patient and helpful, bringing out lots of shoes to try. I now have a really comfortable and supportive pair of hiking shoes that got a good workout today and passed with flying colours. Grateful to Hayden for persevering with helping me. And an extra bonus that I was unaware of, I received an English Heritage member discount thanks to Hayden. Very happy with the service and my new hiking shoes

Great range of walking boots. Leo was very helpful while I tried on lots of models and sizes.

Rich was very, kind ,helpful, recommended a tent suitable for my needs, tested last night in Wales, by heavy rain and high winds, cold, but cosy inside. It was sent asap arriving 24 hrs later. Thank you.

Great service from Craig in the Salisbury shop today - he asked if we were National Trust members, which entitled us to a discount of 15%. Didn't know this was possible and will always ask in future. Thanks Craig.
