Excellent service from Louise—she stayed late even as the shop was closing and offered plenty of great recommendations and insight. She definitely made the experience much better for the both of us.

Always great service and communication in Yeovil Blacks. We visit this store often, we have dog and love the outdoor life. So when we are greeted by Ben Saywell, we know we are going to get someone knowledgeable and friendly.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about all the different hiking boots, and so helpful.
She had to get out masses of pairs in differing sizes but was cheerful and happy all the time.
