Excellent experience overall, salesman William was super engaged and knowledgeable and helped me find everything. Also the prices are much lower than the Trespass across the road. Highly recommended.

Louise in Blacks Yeovil store, was great when we chose walking shoes. Her advice on sizes was spot on and on the shoes we were looking at. Her customer service was first class. There was a good selection of shoes to chose from and at good prices. Will certainly shop there again.

Bought 2 pairs of walking boots. Tom was excellent. Very helpful, informative and patient. We normally look at other shops before buying but on this occasion did not hesitate to buy there and then because of Tom's assistance.
