Blue World Pools Avis 

Donna who sold me the pool was awesome!! But everything else with the company is terrible. The customer service/ finance department is the worst, very rude and unprofessional. Steer clear from this company. And what ever you do, do not call and ask for the payoff on your pool if you are in a hurry. It takes 2 days for them to send a simple email.

I found the parts and maintenance department very helpful with keeping up with my pool thanks for the help I greatly appreciate it

Blue world pools did an amazing job on our pool, we absolutely love it! We have always had a good experience with customer service.

To have someone to speak with and could answer, all my questions and were very professional. Some of the personnel in the accounting department, can use some training in how to be more professional when speaking to customers on the phone.

I recently installed my pool myself and they have helped me all the way. Could not have done it with out them.

Tell you when you are buying what is covered under they warranty for real. Stop lying.

The installation stallation crew was very fast,knowledgeable, and polite.

They were very nice and did a great job. They also always answer my question and are polite even if my questions are silly

Love my pool when it works. Customer service is the absolute WORST, RUDEST customer service ever. If I had known how horrible their service was I would never have bought from them. They even tried to bribe me with a 250 credit for a 5 star review but after ordering my item I never got it and they refused to refund my money. Thieves.

Great crew of installers. Really appreciate them taking the time to explain things to us. We are very happy with our decision to go with Blue World for our pool.

I have no idea how they have a 4.5 rating. Im so glad I never got to the point of purchase. I changed my plans to have an estimate at my house only to be ghosted. Not only that they have a bad way of handling phone calls. I was transferred to a person who said they can't transfer to where I need to go and to call back. I called back and they stated I didnt need to call in as I have been confirmed. I received another phone call minutes later to be put on hold for confirming my appointment. with all of this going on for over an hour they end up not showing up. yeah you can quit calling me because I will never use you. Id rather swim in the sewer.

The pool installer is very professional and my family love the pool. I recommend the pool to anyone to anyone.

I have been with this company since 2020. Blue World Pools is a great company. When I call their customer service I also come across some great reps. They have friendly workers to assist you. I can even get help through text messages.
