Salesman was informative and helpful. Doubted installer at first but he did a good job. Happy so far.

Had a Blue World Pool installed in 2022. The installation process was completed in a timely manner as promised. They leveled the ground and meticulously measured it to a fraction of an inch using laser technology. They answered questions tirelessly as I had many. Upon completion, the lead technician described in great detail how to maintain the pool and how it worked. They cleaned up after installation and even left me with their personal cell phone in case of any issues. The home office has picked up the phone several times and helped my with further queries and have been nothing other than great in their effort to support me. Would recommend Blue World to anybody seeking an above ground swimming pool. The pool is sparkling clean as they described even after 4 full seasons of use.

Installation was a one day job.The pool is easy to maintain and Blue World Pool employees have always been helpful and very kind.

This is year two of having our Blue World Pool and we love it. Very easy maintenance and great customer service.

First, if you're going to call me, don't disguise your number by using the same area code I have. That's the same thing scammers do and it starts our business relationship making me distrustful of you. I live in FL but my area code is NC since I moved here a few years ago. I set an appointment in good faith to see about having an above ground pool installed but when the appointment time came, I never had anyone come nor had a call. So, I called. I was told the person's wife went into labor and didn't call to cancel/move the appointment. Somehow, it seems to me this is a failure on management's part. If you know someone's wife is due to have a baby at any time, isn't it your responsibility to have a plan in place to deal with pending appointments and not the person who needs to deal with family matters? Once that was settled and another appointment was made, potentially running into another time that I had set aside to do something else, life went on. I was making lunch and got a text message from Blue World Pools that they wanted to talk to me and was it ok if they called. I replied via text, yes. I got a call and a woman answered the phone asking what I needed. I replied I didn't need anything and that I got a text saying someone wanted to talk to me. The response I received was being hung up on. So, I called back and cancelled my inconvenient appointment. I will do business with a company that respects my time and appreciates my business.

Very friendly customer service. Always helpful. And they are available after hours.

Omg. Where do I begin. I contacted several times and no confirmation phone calls like they said prior to coming the 1st time and never showed up. Called again today and they scheduled an appt for 4pm est. I never received a confirmation phone call and they had me down for 6pm...Very nasty young lady when I requested a supervisor, she laughed in my face, transferred me to someone who hung up in my face then I called back and a "supervisor" doesn't like his job either. Im so over yall at this company. Wish you all well.

We love our pool. Perfect size for our family. Customer service was great from start till end . Financing was pretty easy. Installation went well and noe were swimming everyday .

We are brand new to pool ownership so this spring we had questions about the opening of the pool all it took was 1 call and talked us thru Thanks BLUE World Pools.

I've been in a quandary as to how to handle my Blue World pool clean up as it got out of hand during hospitalization. I had spoken with a Pool Store that offered service's, but they only do weekly cleanings/chemicals. I think my pool needed new sand in the filter and a new ionizer. It's really bad now but I got a call from Blue World, apparently, they have a service team that does this stuff. I really appreciated Beverly Browns explanations and help. They even gave me a $250 Certificate towards correcting my problems. Now that's great service!
