Blue World Pools has brought many joys…

Blue World Pools has brought many joys & fun to my family! My grandchildren love the pool & we have so much fun & don't have to leave home to do it. I highly recommend Blue World Pools. If you are looking to purchase a pool, pick up the phone & call BLUE WORLD POOLS

My wife and I call blue world pools

My wife and I call blue world pools, to get a pool. My wife and i's experienced was pleasant at first. They told us all about this new system.They had, and how much better it was.And how much money it would save. We initially called them for the three ninety nine pool, by the way that's a scam. It's not $399. They double it, and you gotta do everything. The prop the ground in everything, and if it's not perfect, they won't install it. We however opted for a much larger pull that was over fifteen grand. We had a three day grace period to cancel. In which we had a death in the family and have to pay for the funeral. So we were unable to get the pool. So within our three day grace period we called the numbers, which we are put on hold to.After closing for a very long time. Various numbers didn't even work that they gave us.And the salesman took his business card out of the folder before he gave it to us. Luckily, I had a previous message from him being called him. He was nice until he found out. We were canceling 'emling then he was rude really bad ton of voice and didn't want to help
Told me he hadn't even read the contract and doesn't know how to tell me to cancel. That's very reassuring, isn't it?Hope you noted the sarcasm. We tried to message him by email and they blocked her email. And we took pictures of the blocked message. We kind of get a hold of them.Anyway, with our phone numbers or anything, we had to use our sun and laws.Number to send everything in. I ended up sending a certified letter within my 3 day grace period and I've been put on hold several times after that. And never answered for long periods of time with the missed call today, when I called back, they put me on, hold on one phone for 40 minutes, i use my wife's phone twenty minutes into that call.And called them, and they put me on, hold for an additional twenty minutes on her phone. So now i'm on, hold on two phones which sad I was being transferred to cancelations and financing and just like before, they never answered the phone. I have nothing nice to say about this company.Their customer service is beyond sub.Poor. You're lied to about things consistently, which if you order a pool from them, you will find out. The only thing good that came from this funeral was that we did not get this pool cause I have a feeling if we would have got it would have even bigger problems. And their customer service ain't even too smart, because I said I was looking into getting the pool in another couple of months, but they didn't even care about that.They were just rude and insulting i would definitely think twice about ordering a pool through them
We have a pool, but was gonna go larger. And now we don't even know if we wanna go through another company. After dealing with these people, they'll tell you everything you want to hear. And then don't return your calls again. RUC on here are the good reviews. If you look further through social media, you'll find a lot of negative about this company

We scheduled an appointment for a pool

We scheduled an appointment for a pool. We had a salesman call us before our scheduled date to come so we let him come we were there 6 hours we decided to buy a pool we hadn't been financed yet but we had a three-day grace period to cancel. When we tried to cancel they had blocked our emails which we took pictures of. They left me on hold till closing the first time. We called several numbers with some actually didn't even work. The instructions on how to cancel weren't where the guy said they were and he took his business card out of the folder. Luckily I had a saved message and contacted him what she was happy to talk to me until you heard we were canceling and then he got very rude I explained to him that there was a death in the family and we had to pay for the funeral. I even told him we'd revisit the idea in a couple of months. Yeah that's not going to happen. Since then we've mailed our letter within the grace. With receipt certified. We've called several times been put on hold for long periods of times. Today I got a missed call from Blue world pools. I called in and they told me I missed my appointment. I explained that the salesman called me and came early and that we had purchase to pull and canceled already. They got very snotty very rude and put me on hold I was on hold on my phone for 40 minutes and my wife's phone I called in with that one too and they put me on hold there for 20 minutes before I hung up. They lied about a lot of things their customer service absolutely is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Their people are rude obnoxious and downright insulting. Don't matter how many times I've called in and waited like the day I waited till closing well actually it was 10 minutes after closing I stayed on hold too. They still not handled anything. They'll tell you all about this system they have and how it's better and how much money you'll save it's all load of crap. Read your paperwork carefully if you go with this company. After the funeral I was thinking about buying a pool from them again but that's not going to happen I'd urge anybody who is thinking about by a pool from these people to strongly go with somebody else and they're 399 pool is a scam you do most of the work and they charge you double. But they refuse to tell you that until you're doing paperwork and they're in your house.

We were looking for a pool, called Blue World Pool lnc.
And start to finish was a great experience for us. They answer all our question. And we bought the pool. Best thing ever for our family,
getting the pool. The company is a great company.

Our experience with this company was…

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing.

We entered into an agreement based on the pool requirements ee shared and presented to us. After the deposit was made, we began experiencing multiple concerns, including misinformation, poor communication, repeated rescheduling, and unprofessional behaviour. These issues ultimately led us to lose confidence in moving forward with the project.

In my line of work, I regularly deal with vendors and service providers, so I am familiar with how professional projects are typically managed. This experience, however, was unlike anything I have encountered before.

When we requested cancellation, our concerns were not addressed in a way that restored trust. Instead, the focus shifted to the fact that we could lose our deposit if we chose not to proceed. As a customer, that left us feeling pressured to continue with a company we were no longer comfortable with.

We also independently verified information with our municipality and found discrepancies between what we had been told and what municipal staff advised us. This further contributed to our decision to cancel.

The most disappointing part of this experience was not the cancellation itself, but the overall lack of transparency and accountability when concerns were raised.

I have retained all written communications and documentation related to this project. Anyone considering doing business with this company is welcome to contact me directly if they would like additional details regarding my personal experience and the communications exchanged throughout this process.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and suggest that you find a company that you can trust. Stay away from them!

Overall

Overall, we had a good experience with Blue World Pools. There were definitely a few bumps along the way and some things that could’ve gone smoother, but in the end everything worked out and we’re happy with the finished pool. The team was helpful when needed and we’re looking forward to enjoying it with our family. Thanks for getting us to the finish line!

We love our Blue World pool

We love our Blue World pool! Due to the hard plumbing, substantial pump and filter, and ionizer, maintenance is a breeze. We’re only adjusting water chemistry a fraction of what was required in our temporary pools. Pretty substantial leveling was included, and our model even came with floor vents! It’s been 3 years with virtually no problems. No fading, no leaks, and all components are still working flawlessly!

I highly recommend if you want a fast, professional install with all the necessities and a few bells and whistles included. It was refreshing to have such a complex project done without calling multiple contractors or being asked to pay more in a “gotcha” once the installers showed up like some of our other home projects.
