Blue World pool, has so far good customer service,they had a great group installers that are polite, respectful, they answer any questions you may have.

We love our Swimming Pool. I've had it for several years and it's still holding on Strong.

To anyone looking for a reputable company that cares about their customers I highly recommend this company. From start to installation, they told us everything we needed and made the process smooth and installation was seamless. 10/10 would totally buy from them again.

Love the pool. Dislike the information or misinformation on what all was warranted. Just the liner has a lifetime warrantee. Also put a lien on my home without being upfront about that. I pay my bills so need to worry here but others may suffer if this is done.nation wide.

We love our pool. Had it installed in 2020. Quality pool and filter system. The installers were great. No issues whatsoever.

We love our pool and definitely gets used alot in this florida heat. The only thing thats a bummer sometimes is the water gets hot on them very hot summer days. Just wish I had a cooling system or something but other than that we absolutely love it.

They came in and set up our pool in no time and got it started up. We got water hauled in and have had no problems with it since then. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's an above ground 24 foot diameter pool.

Anytime I have question about my pool, Blue World Pools answers PERSONALLY (not automated) and promptly provides that answer, or service I need. I am so happy with the Customer Service team!

This was a decision that I was nervous about at first but I’m glad I followed through. The pool is extremely nice & spacious bringing a perfect touch to my back yard! It survived the crazy winter ice storm (I’m in Tennessee it was brutal power outages all over the state). Another thing I love is that anytime I call or have questions the customer service reps are always very nice and I never have to wait too long to be helped. They even will ask upper management questions while one call to steer me in the best direction. Best decision we made last year and was definitely worth it!
