I am sorry you had difficulty with your recent order for Time/Disbursement Slips. In investigating the order, I learned that you entered an order on May 31st at Blumberg.com for Item 5028, Client Summary Sheets.
You mentioned in your review that you unsuccessfully tried to reach customer service by telephone. From reading your review, I gather that you were calling because you wanted to amend your order. Checking our phone messages, we didn't find any message from you.
When Customer Service phoned you after receiving the review, you said you wanted to exchange your order for Item 5025, the Time/Disbursements Slips. On June 7th we shipped you two Packages of Item 5025, and on June 20, received from you the 5028 forms.
