Blumberg is always easy to work with
Blumberg is always easy to work with. Ordering is easy online, especially since your past orders are available to compare or reorder. Also, an agent will often call you to confirm your order details. Delievery of ordered items is prompt. The products are made of quality paper stock and the printing is clean and correct. I don't know what company I would use if Blumberg wasn't a choice.

The corporate kit I ordered was unavailable. Have been ordering the same kit for 35 years, and as recently as the first of this year. The quality of the kit I received is horrible. Will not order this kit again.

I am sorry that you were disappointed by the Pegasus record book. As I understand it, you ordered the Pegasus after you found that the Syndicate Record Book, which you have been ordering for 35 years, was no longer available.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the Syndicate no longer makes the book. It was a handmade book made by a skilled craftsman. The last craftsman to make it has retired, and we have not been able to find a replacement for it.
The Pegasus is a popular record book, partly because the steel-hinge metals give it great longevity under heavy use. If you would like to replace it with another choice, however, we would be glad to do so. Please let us know which book you would like and return the binder and slipcase. Be sure to remove and hold on to the contents and gold label. Call our Customer Service Manager 800-529-6278 (x1553), to make the exchange.

I am sorry you had trouble with your order. In investigating it, I learned that you ordered two custom imprinted products and one off-the-shelf item.
Off-the-shelf items are shipped the same or next day, depending on the time of day we receive the order. Custom-imprinted items are more complex and take more time. We must schedule them for typesetting, printing and packaging in a way that keeps our production lines moving efficiently. All in all, they take several days to ship.
We state on the page where the customer chooses the shipping method: “Custom orders take several days to manufacture. Contact us if this order is a rush.” We send out a great many custom orders, and this has seemed the most efficient way to let customers know when they can expect shipment of such items.
When there is an order like yours that includes both off-the-shelf and custom items, we send the orders out as they are ready, which most customers prefer,
In any case, I’m sorry we disappointed your expectations. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry that your order for 5034 (time recording sheets with labels) has been delayed. I also regret that we didn’t let you know about the delay in a timely manner.
Supply side issues have caused outages of many of our products. Paper is in short supply because of the lack of pulp and cotton linters at the paper mills and the reduction of paper making machines. (Many of the machines have been converted to making shipping-container grades).
It’s our policy to notify customers if there is a delay in shipment. My customer service manager says we didn’t realize that you hadn’t been notified about the delay until we received your review. She said that you understood the situation after we called you and explained it.
We are expecting an order of 5034 shortly. We will notify you when the order is on its way.
I apologize for the trouble. Thank you for your business.
