I am sorry you had difficulty with your recent order. In investigating the order, I found that the reason for the trouble was that you omitted the company name from the shipping address.
Here"s what happened. Your order for a Black Beauty LLC Kit, placed on 8/16/22, was shipped on 8/17/22 to the address you entered on the web site order form. UPS attempted delivery, but returned the package because it was addressed to an “unknown company and individual.”
On receipt of the message from UPS, we checked your account and saw that your billing address included the company name. We added the company name to the address and sent it again. The kit was delivered on August 19.

poor online ordering, bad customer service, errors in order destination - a total mess
I attempted online ordering as I had in the past, but could not upload to the cart. Then I called customer service to complete the order. After lengthy discussions and finally being assured that all was right, I concluded by giving my cc which the agent said was denied, gave it again, and a third time. I ended up with 3 charges to my credit card and the shipment going to a wrong address!

I am sorry about the difficulty you had with your order.
In investigating the order, I found that the trouble you had uploading your order to the shopping cart was no doubt due to intermittent efforts to hack our website these last few weeks. Thanks to our webmaster, the hacker was thwarted, but order processing on the site temporarily slowed down. We will be moving to a new web services vendor and new servers to improve security and help prevent such activity from recurring.
As for the credit card, the card to which the order was charged failed twice because the security code we were given was incorrect. When you gave our customer service representative the correct code, the order was processed. Let me add that we received payment for only one order. The credit card processor might have temporarily registered a pending charge for the two incomplete transactions, but we did not collect on them.
We have corrected the address and UPS will deliver your order to Hanover.

Excellent experience with this company
I ordered an LLC kit and was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing and fast 2 day delivery. The contents were delivered in perfect condition and were exactly as described. The LLC documents (operating agreement, resolutions, minutes) were delivered to me by email in electronic format the day after I placed the order, so I was fully setup within 2 1/2 days. This is excellent customer service.
