I am sorry that you were not able to obtain the officer titles on the signature lines of the electronic stock certificates you ordered. We are one of the first sources for electronic certificates and it is a product still under development. Our programmer is working on adding more title choices.
When we received your email earlier today we immediately refunded the purchase price.

must have misunderstood color
It was very easy to order, but I must have misunderstood. I thought the paper was white which is what I wanted but the paper that was delivered this morning is cream.

You purchased Law Blanks, a 20-pound, 25% cotton, acid free, archival quality paper. Like all our minute paper, which we’ve been selling for over 100 years, it is traditionally off-white. It matches the paper used for the stock certificates and documents that come with our corporate kits.
