Increased price, decreased quality
As a purchaser for over 30 years, the product quality remains good but previously all the tabs were placed in proper order, the certificates were inserted as well as the Stock Transfer Ledger. I seem to be doing your work and paying more as well.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the way we now pack the contents of the kits.
As you mentioned, for many years we inserted the contents of the kits on the rings. A year or so ago, many customers began to report shipping damage to the contents of the kits. After some investigation, we attributed this to the mishandling of shipments by the common carriers, most likely due to the huge growth in shipments during the Pandemic. We found that if we did not insert the contents on the rings, damage to the contents greatly decreased.
I’m sorry that this is an inconvenience to you, but all in all, it seemed the wisest choice

Misleading Advertising
Terrible customer service, misleading marketing and false advertising. The product image does not correspond to the actual product being sold.
We will never again use this company nor recommend it to anyone.
After reviewing the response, it is clear that Blumberg maintains their position that it is a mistake on the customer side and fail to acknowledge that the advertisement for the product is misleading and fail to take any responsibility on the matter. The image clearly shows the will covers and envelopes as part of the same order and there is no indication that the items are sold separately (both items are needed to package the will). This misrepresentation creates a big inconvenience specially considering that in order to return the item, it has to be at the customer's expense and subject to restocking fees.

In investigating the transaction, I learned that you entered an order on our website for Item 23o2, described as “engraved will covers.” Our system processes orders as they are entered without change or any intervention on our part. We shipped will covers, but from what you say in the review, I gather you ordered the item by mistake. If you had tried to order will envelopes, item 2301, on the website, you would not have been able to do so. Because of supply side issues, the item does not appear on the website. That’s why the will envelopes do not appear on the order forms. It will be available again in about a month.
As a business-to-business company, we accept returns within a 30-day period if the customer returns the product in saleable condition. If the return was due to our error, we will pick up the order. If the return is due to the customer’s error, we do not. Today’s consumers sometimes expect a blanket policy of free returns, because many larger consumer vendors include a mark-up in their prices to cover the costs of all returns. As a business-to-business company, we do not include such a mark-up. It is a way to keep our prices down for all our customers.

Bad customer service
We thought we were ordering Last Will and Testament envelopes, but we received Will Covers and this is NOT what we wanted. I called and spoke to A woman in Customer Service on 10/31 at 3:00p.m., and she told me you were out of the envelopes and they were removed from the website. The site I ordered from clearly showed the envelopes so I believed that was what I ordered. The same woman said we had to pay to ship the covers back, even though it wasn't what we believed we ordered. She also would not send me a return label and told me the shipping to you was on our costs. This is terrible customer service and we will never order from your company again and we will be sure to let our other attorneys know not to order from you. I am very unhappy with the service.
