I placed an order on 12/02/22; however, your employee put the incomplete shipping address (missing my Suite Number), so I cannot receive the order as of today (12/16/2022). My client is very disappointed who kept calling me every day about the corporate kit. I have been contacting your company for many times; however, your staff only responded me that when they received the returned corporate kit from the USPS, they would re-send it to me. It is so unhelpful.
I am very disappointed with your service. You shall re-send it to me immediately. Please refund me the money ASAP.

I am very sorry about the delayed order and the trouble it caused you.
In investigating, I learned that you placed an order for a corporate kit in the mid-afternoon of 12.1.22. It was shipped via Priority Mail on 12.2.22. Our CSR mistakenly entered "Suite A" instead of "Suite A-7" on the address and the USPS did not deliver the package. Normally, the
order would be returned to us in such a situation and we would immediately contact the customer. Unfortunately, in this case the return shipment was delayed and we didn't learn about the error until you contacted us. We immediately manufactured a new corporate kit on a rush basis and sent it out via expedited service at our expense.
Again, I apologize for the difficulty this has caused you and your client.

I have the Better Homes and Gardens "the ultimate Cookie book". 480 pages. The pages are pulling away from the spine. This binder will save the book. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and thankfully I found your web site. The binder is very attractive and well constructed. Now I get to punch 480 pages with holes and put reinforcement labels on each of those holes.

We've been a customer of Blumberg for many years and have come to value them as a partner in our law firm. I was saddened to see that a number of products that we routinely purchase are being discontinued. I wound up purchasing far more product than I needed because I fear our Will paper will not be offered anymore. I hope Blumberg will reconsider limiting their product line and will continue to offer the same great papers and other law office products they have for many years.

I sent you an email explaining the challenging market conditions for archival papers that is causing some items to go on back order. I also called and spoke with your assistant to offer substitutes for the continuation paper. She advised that she has an adequate supply for the time being.

I am sorry that you have not yet received your order. In investigating it, I learned that we got the order on the November 23rd and shipped it the same day.
A shipment usually takes 4 or 5 days to reach California from our warehouse and manufacturing facility. However, the Thanksgiving Holiday may have delayed the transit. It is due to be delivered on December 2.
Let me add that even when we ship an order on the same day as we received it, we have no control over the timing of the carriers and their deliveries.

Charged over $120 for expedited shipping. Ordered on a Friday for Monday delivery. Seems very excessive for paper products. Then, I was not able to edit the order at all just a few minutes later. I had to accept delivery and then had to pay for my own shipping on the return.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your recent transaction. In investigating the order, here is what I found.
On Friday November 11 you entered an order at blumberg.com for 8 exhibit tab items. You requested expedited shipping for delivery on Monday the 14th. Expedited shipping, as you point out, is very expensive. Especially for paper products. Paper is significantly heavier than many items we ship and combined with general increases in courier rates and holiday surcharges, its shipping cost becomes even more so. This is why we call customers who choose expedited shipping, to suggest expediting the part of the order they need the most. We then send the balance of the order UPS ground for free. This saves customers unnecessary shipping costs.
Our customer service representative called you when he opened your order and offered to split the shipment, in the way I just described. You responded that you needed everything on Monday. The order was shipped Friday by expedited service for delivery Monday.
You mentioned in your review that you “were not able to edit the order.” We are not clear about what you mean. If you complete an order on the web, the best way to change it is to call customer service. If you had mentioned to rep that you wanted to change the order, he would have gladly done so.
Let me add that business-to-consumer companies work on higher markups to build in the cost of return. As a business-to-business company, we do not build in the cost of returns. Rather than burden all customers with the return-costs of a few, we ask the customer to making the return to bear the burden.
We do offer free returns if we make an error. If we have made no error, we ask customers who wish to return merchandise to pay for the return. We will then absorb the cost of shipping the preferred products at no shipping cost.

I am sorry for the trouble with your recent transaction.
In investigating the order, I learned that you placed an order at 4:45 PM on Friday, November 11th. It was opened on Monday, November 14th, the next business day. As is our custom, our customer service representative opened your account to see if the order for M817 6" x 9" imprinted Tyvek envelopes was a repeat order. On the contrary, he found that the two previous orders for Tyvek envelopes were both for M826 9.5" x 12.5" envelopes. To avoid customizing the wrong envelopes, he called your office that day. Your office responded on Tuesday to tell us to change the order to M826 envelopes. The order was entered for production late Tuesday.
Unfortunately, due to staff shortages that week, we did not have a press operator to run the digital press that prints Tyvek envelopes. This caused a backlog of orders which were processed the following week. The order was shipped on Monday and should arrive Wednesday.
Again, I apologize for the delay. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry for the difficulty you had in purchasing paper.
Unfortunately, the Southworth 100% cotton paper you ordered has been placed on backorder and we were unable to procure a new supply from the Mill. Cotton papers are in short supply because paper mills cannot obtain cotton lintels and starch to make paper cotton papers. Southworth now tells us that they will shipping the 100% cotton in mid-January.
Our customer service representative called you to tell you this and to offer similar papers that we do have in stock: 100% cotton Old Council Tree (Item 930D off-white) and 50% cotton Law Bond (Item 855 bright white & 864 bamboo).
