I am sorry that you could not open the Celerity PDFs you purchased. The computer that opens the email to which the Celerity PDF’s are attached must have Adobe Reader or another program that manages PDFs. If they can’t be opened or printed, even with a PDF program, the issue likely resides in the computer itself. Our only recourse in such a case is to send a second email with the PDFs to a different computer.
When it became clear that the program was not going to work on your computer, we printed custom stock certificates and sent them next day delivery at our cost. We hope this helped you meet your pressing deadline.

I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order and when I called I was told the item was back ordered and it could be several months. However, as soon as I put the order in, a charge was put through on my credit card. I cancelled the order and asked for e-mail confirmation and didn't get an email confirmation.

I am sorry you had difficulties with your recent order for engraved will covers. In my investigation, I found that the engraved will cover (2303) you ordered was out of stock. Unfortunately, we have been plagued with shortages of fine papers due to supply side issues. So much so that we put a notice on the home page of our website about it.
According to our policies, however, you should have been immediately called and given that information. This was a mistake on our part, and I apologize for it.
Let me add that while the engraved will cover you ordered will continue to be out of stock for some time, by the end of next week we will have a substitute archival cover with a similar color, weight and feel. It will have the same catalog number as the item you ordered.
As for the billing: when orders are cancelled, customers are automatically notified of the cancellation. With the cancellation, all charges are simultaneously reversed. When you called to inquire about your order, our representative immediately cancelled it as you requested and sent you the email indicating the cancellation and the reversal of charges.
Once again, I apologize for the trouble. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry that you are not happy with your order. In investigating it, I found that you placed an order for Item M969DB: imprinted, top-bound 8½" x 15½" legal covers. Traditionally, the imprint position for legal size covers is along the 15½" side, determined by folding the top down 1" and folding the 14" paper in half and then half again, creating four equal panels. The imprint is positioned in the center of the second panel from the 1" fold. Traditional imprints on legal covers are never centered on the full sheet length.
Any variation on the imprint position is offline and more expensive to produce. If you had advised us that you wished to have a non-traditional imprint, we would have called you to quote the order before printing.

I’m sorry your order caused you trouble. In investigating it, I found that you did receive the complete corporate kit, along with the PDF that contains the minutes & bylaws, sent to you, as is customary, by email the morning after you placed order. I gather that what you meant by the statement “the book is empty” is that you could not open the PDF.
After you reported this to our Customer Service Rep, she sent you a new PDF which you were able to open.

I usually love Blumberg but I chose expedited shipping for about $50 and it was supposed to be here Friday and didn’t arrive until the next Tuesday. So the expedited was not worth it and I had to reschedule a meeting.

I am sorry that your shipment was delayed and for the trouble the delay caused you.
We shipped the order from our plant in Albany, NY on December 22nd via UPS expedited service for delivery on the 23rd. UPS failed to deliver it when due. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens after a product is shipped. It arrived on Dec 27th at 5:07 pm.
While we were not at fault for the delay, we will gladly issue a credit to you for the expedited service. We will also make a reimbursement claim against UPS.
