I have not recieved my stamp
I have not recieved my stamp. I've sent an email to the company "Shachihata" to no avail. Got a recording with i called the 800 number and my stamp needed to be presented to the lt. Governor on or before the 28. No tracking is available since the 19th of February. I did ckntact blumberg and the agent was looking into it and would call me back but i am still waiting....SUCKS

I am sorry that you were not happy with your transaction.
I investigated the order and learned that you entered an order for a Cat. No. 70 Black Beauty kit on our website. The contents of that kit are described on our website as coming with 50 plain sheets of 3-hole pinched 25% cotton minute paper. I understand that you prefer printed minutes & bylaws instead of plain minute paper. The kit that comes with PDFs of the minutes & bylaws is Cat. No. 80.
Please call customer service and we will email the PDFs and charge only the additional cost of the kit had you ordered the No. 80 kit.

Thank you for your order for imprinted will covers. We appreciate your comments about Blumberg's efforts to inform customers about the problems with getting fine papers for will stationery. The paper mill that made our pebble finish 65# stock for will covers and envelopes closed. We’re glad you like the new textured finish bright white 65# paper. Its textured finish is less pronounced than the pebble finish paper, but is more tolerant to engraving and printing processes.

New Will paper packagin
Very much dislike the new packaging of Will paper! It always came in boxes which had 100 sheets, now they are loosely put in a box of 300 and the paper does not stay as neat and unwrinkled.

I am sorry that you were not pleased with the way the paper you ordered was boxed.
In investigating the matter, I learned that due to supply side problems, our boxing vendor will not make to order the 100-sheet size box. I can understand why you preferred the old boxing, but we have not found another source for it. Unfortunately, there are no stock set-up boxes made in the appropriate size either. We packed the order in the closest size box available.

This has been a horrible experience
This was a horrible experience. I ordered items in December. It has been well over a month. I received no updates on my order whatsoever. Eventually I received notification from my bank that the order was cancelled by Blumberg. Then about two weeks ago they recharged my account for the total cost. So, I assumed I would be receiving the item in the mail. Weeks have gone by and I have received nothing. So, I logged into my account to see the status of the items, the items are listed as shipped via UPS Ground. However, the tracking number provide is erroneous and is not recognized by UPS or any other shipping agencies. I have sent two emails over the past few days in regard to the order and have yet to get a response. I want to give Blumberg the benefit of the doubt, because mistakes can happen, but come on, its been over a month without communication or delivery and furthermore, I have associates who have experienced the same service. I can't see how this is a mistake. Where is my order? Please give me the items or refund the amount back to my account.

First, my apologies that the delivery of your order was delayed and that you didn’t receive notification about updates regarding the protracted delay.
Due to supply side issues, we have been plagued with shortages of fine papers. So much so that we put a notice on the homepage of our website about it. Such shortages and delays are new to us. They rarely happened before the pandemic and we are still developing the proper customer protocols.
In investigating your order, I found that the Southworth paper you ordered was on backorder when we received your order. On December 19 our customer service representative sent you an email advising that the paper was on back order and that the mill scheduled delivery on the 23rd of December. We pride ourselves on customer service, and you’re right, customers should be updated when delays are protracted. I have spoken to the Custom Service Department about developing communications protocols to adjust to these new, if temporary, circumstances.
In the case of your order, the mill kept changing the delivery schedule. The paper eventually came in on the 26th of January, on which date we shipped your order.
Let me add that during this time, your order was not cancelled, as your bank apparently told you. Instead, your credit card charge was put on a “hard hold,” so that you would not be charged until the order was shipped.
As for the tracking number, our primary carrier is UPS, and the UPS tracking number usually appears on confirmations. In investigating your order, I found that your address on our records is a PMP. Our shipping clerk recognized PMB as a Postal Mailbox and changed the carrier to USPS because UPS does not deliver our orders to a PMB. The confirmation sent on the 26th would show the carrier and the tracking number. I checked the tracking number and learned that the order was delivered today, the 30th of January, two business days after shipment.
We are not open on weekends which is why we did not respond to the emails sent over the last few days.
Once again, I apologize for the delay of your order and the considerable frustration it caused you.
