Room for improvement
Attempted to make an account for ordering but issues arose and I was never able to access the account I created. Called and left a message that was never returned. When I called back again, I was given an email address to contact regarding the issue I was having with my account, no reply again. The next time I called someone was able to easily and quickly help me access my account which was great but also frustrating considering I had been reaching out for some time with out any resolution.
In addition to that, the product I received was not the kit I wanted. The website was not clear that the kit I was trying to order, 2306, was out of stock. I was redirected to product 2304 and mistook that redirection on the website to simply mean the product numbers had changed.

Like all of us, this company has had to work hard to find new suppliers to fulfill all of our orders. The website is very easy to navigate. Areas are clearly indicated where edits can be made. A confirmation is made both for receipt of order placed and when shipment has been sent. Delivery is usually made the day after order placed.

I am sorry that you had difficulty with your order. In investigating the order, I learned that you entered an order on our website for Will Kit 2304, legal size. You called our Customer Service Department and said that you were sure you ordered a letter size kit. Due to supply side issues letter size kits, Cat. No. 2306, were out of stock, and the listing for it had been removed from the web page where you placed your order.
I’m glad to say we now have 2306 back in stock, and it will be added to the web page as soon as we have fulfilled backorders for them. If you wish to exchange the legal size kit for the letter size kit, please return it to us and upon receipt in saleable condition we will ship a letter size kit to you. We will absorb the cost of shipping the letter size kit to you.
