Well what can I say wish this was a nice review but this place is an absolute disgrace

Purchased a Porsche Macan s, after a week had to buy 4 new tyres which they did get cheaper for me at £900 pounds and a new battery, week 2 had to go back in as bonnet sensor kept beeping, now after 5 months complete new ad blue system and 2 rear shocks £4000 spent on a £20k car, they go on about about warranty but don’t sort issue just look at it and you have to believe them, if the car has a clean 61 point health check list it’s false same as the clean MOT as they do that in house, got offered by their salesman MIKE £12750 for a trade in what a disgrace how a car with full MOT and clearly I had put the car right as they never bothered take and flip

Mike is a two faced snake with rat values and is nice up until you purchase the car then is pretty much cold when you buy, they also lost my private plate as they did the paperwork to early said they would sort it out never did I was then told by the DVLA that I couldn’t use it again unless the new keeper signed it back to me called Mike he said he would deal with it

Please please take a mechanic with you when you purchase a car from this lot as it will save you money

Absolutely hate Mike and the other useless boring personality sales and service team can’t wait to meet them outside of their show room

To the owner please don't think I am being negative but Mike is a very poor little boy and has no customer skills swans about like he owns the place and can’t look at you when you address him looks at his computer screen or his phone, personally I find him a disgrace and should be selling old vans at your other place

Yes I have issues with the car but dealt with at of my own pocket

Review: 1 Star – Avoid this garage
​I would strongly advise against using this garage for anything. My experience was an absolute nightmare of incompetence and poor customer service.
​The Issue: I brought my car in for a specific fault virtually after purchase from this garage. It took five separate visits, and they still couldn't fix it.
​The Result: After wasting a significant amount of time and money with them, I took the car to a Mercedes dealer. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.
​Lack of Care: During one visit, they kept my car for two days to "find the error." Not only did they fail, but they didn't even have the courtesy to top up the fluids or provide any basic level of service despite the inconvenience they caused.
​Management & Attitude: The Service Manager, Dave, was incredibly rude on the phone. Instead of being professional about their inability to find the fault, he spoke to us as if we were "idiots."
​Despite their claims of having "highly skilled technicians who can fix any fault," they were completely out of their depth. Save your time, your money—go somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer! I went all the way from Newquay after I called beforehand to make sure I could test drive the pick-up vans. On arrival, I looked at a couple of the pick-ups and asked a stocky guy if I could test drive 2 vehicles. His face turned red and he come right up to me and said:
" Mate, I am too busy for that! You choose ONE vehicle for a test drive, and then you buy it if you want it. I dont have time for anything else. That's how we work. Mate... "
