Seemless and easy
Seemless and easy. I didn’t even have to be there. They would have also informed DVLA about the scrappage if they could. However, they helped me with my v5c details when I called to report the car as scrapped.

From start to finish BMS were excellent. Called me within minutes of getting a quote online. Pick up service was brilliant. Driver called when on his way to pick my vehicle up with an ETA. Deposit paid instantly and the rest of the payment done when driver picked the car up. Overall, great service. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. They really tried to get me the best price. Car was collected and I was kept updated at all times. Once car had gone, the money was in my bank within the hour. Would definitely recommend them. Well done team.
