BNA closed my file now they want $4,200. Just to reopen the file! Thats on top of the initial bankruptcy. I couldn't afford the payments so this is how they treat a client. I never should have used this company. Very unprofessional. Taking advantage of people's misfortunes. I can't even apply for a credit card can't get a car loan can't do so many everyday activities. Thank you very much Berry.
