Filing for corporate and personal insolvency was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make. It was easily the most stressful situation I have ever dealt with. BNA was great from the start

BNA Solutions is Trusworthy and Professional
I had been carrying the weight of the world on my shoulder because of the debt load During this stressful time of my life and with a proposal under the bankruptcy act looming over my head I decided to make an appointment with a few Bankruptcy Trustees.
In one case I had the initial meeting with the Trustee and then requested an additional meeting to discuss further questions and I was told that they don't have additional meetings that unless I signed with them. I didn't feel comfortable doing that until I had my additional questions answered. I called my lawyer and he recommended Barry Nykyforuk. I am glad I did!
I met with Barry Nykyforuk and found him to be very professional, non judgemental and very informative. He answered all my question and I am happy with BNA Solutions.

No one holds a candle to these guys
They're quick, efficient, friendly, and caring. The paperwork is streamlined and straight forward and they come up with the best plan for you. I went in feeling very low and came out with a weight lifted and feeling good about myself and the future. Their support is ongoing and they get back to you promptly. I checked out several agencies and tried working with others but none holds a candle to BNA. If you’re feeling backed in a corner with nowhere to turn I highly recommend you call. It was a plessure dealing with this company. I highly recommend them for anyone who is struggling with their financial situation. No doubt, the process was intimidating at first, but with Barry, everything was an ease. He explained everything , pros and cons with no pressure. It took me a year before I have come to a decision, and I regret. I should have filed on that same year. But still thankful and happy that I was given a chance to get back up from our finacial crisis with the help of BNA solutions.

After talking with other companies who informed us that bankruptcy was our only option, we were surprised when we Spoke to Barry, and found out that was not the case. We decided on a consumer proposal, after he educated us on all of our options, and are VERY pleased with the results. Barry and his team are true professionals, who care about you as an individual!

Thanks Frank, thanks doing our job right. Clients deserve to know all their options, just not what someone wants to tell you. Bankruptcy is not the only option and often not the best one.
Great experience.
Went into see them with some hesitation but the moment I sat down with Klaire Wark all doubt was erased. She was very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very easy to understand and I can honestly say that I'm glad I went to see them. Just to have some peace of mind means a lot and I would definitely recommend BNA Solutions to anyone who needs some help.
