From thinking about new boiler too completion in less than 2 weeks
Needed a boiler quote. They proposed 3 local installers. First one have is a price I read half with so we won't with them. Job was completed a week later

I only got two quotes but they were…
I only got two quotes but they were good enough to make a decision and book a boiler installation. I recommend them as it all got sorted in 24 hours which is what I needed.

Boiler Guide great - Mixed results from the engineers
Boiler Guide great - Mixed results from the engineers. Had 2 calls come through very quickly and one text saying they couldn't get hold of me (despite there being no missed calls showing on my phone). One engineer arranged time to visit, then changed the time, then cancelled to following day, then forgot to call or arrive. Final engineer was great. Good communication, arrived on time, has given a competitive quote (over £300 better than a separate quote my insurer was giving me) and quick installation date. While there were obviously some issues on the responses from the engineers, I would still give Boiler Guide 10 out of 10 as they did their part and put me in touch with the engineers, which lead to a quote and installation time being agreed upon which really worked for me.

Our experience was totally happy, Jamie is a great, knowledgable worker, tidy, polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, we’re elderly, he had time for us. Very good service literally with in minutes i got a call from them they forwarded my details to companies I spoke to someone on the same day and got a quote did a video call they assessed boiler no waiting for someone to come round I accepted and boiler is hopefully getting fitted tomorrow thankyou fab service definitely recommend them

I had not expected to be contacted so quickly by interested installers, unfortunately due to timings, it was not possible to meet with all three companies but I was very impressed with the two I met with and the third I spoke/e mailed with.

R.B.Poolman Ltd, all done at short notice because our old one was leaking. A very professional and efficient service, a good job all round.
