Boiler Guide Avis 

I was expecting to get a quote from this company for the cost of a new boiler - not to have my contact details circulated to multiple boiler installers all over the UK. I have been inundated with unwanted telephone calls - most of them ringing several times.

It's still a bit early to comment on the boiler itself, but I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service provided so far. Fahad from CH Group, who organised everything, and Billy from SR Gas Service, who carried out the installation, were both outstanding. Their professionalism and the quality of their work were truly impressive.

The boiler comes with a 10–12 year warranty, and I feel confident that if any issues arise, both CH Group and SR Gas Service will be there to address them.

A big thank you once again to Fahad and Billy for their excellent service.

Just wanted a price for a boiler, took details but won't provide a price, system stuck and wont accept code texted, unable to contact them through captcha as their code is invalid. All I want now is my details removed.

I finished up the paperwork and I got a call in 2 minutes. A very happy woman greeted me and informed me that she call me directly because she saw my address and was happy to see that I was a 10th of a mile away. I had a great chat and was happy to be with a local company. They owner came out in 48hrs who was wonderful. Then he did me a fantastic quote that made British Gas look greedy and untrustworthy. Point of fact they made work, ridiculous costs. 19yrs and it's a straight swap. If there is no margins for profit explain why it's ₤1200.00 cheaper. I paid them to look after my boiler for 13yrs at over ₤500.00 per year, they didn't care at all.
Well this company charges less per service by ₤35.00 and will txt me to book a service.
This company now has a loyal customer, and a very happy one.
I will only use this website once in 19yrs but you are awesome thank you.

Advertising a Worcester Bosch 27i compact system boiler purchase price at £1067 including vat .You are not boiler suppliers ,you just recruit people short of work.
You are advertising the boiler cost to buy at that price ,so i would like to buy 10 units at the price you are advertising.
But this was a fake advertisement as admitted by your call centre.

I had good experience with each company who gave me the quotes, prompt & professional.

Answered the Ad got a call within the hour, answered a couple of question, first call from boiler company within 15 mins of job being posted quickly received two more calls upshot 3 surveys to be done first one less than 24 hours after my first contact. Can't complain.

Although we didn’t use James he was very professional and knowledgable about what we needed and gave us in-depth information and suggestions.

I didn't know where to start when our boiler was declared BER (beyond economical repair). The Boiler sent me 3 companies reviewed on Trust Pilot to look into for quote. I was sorted with a local to me company by the end of the day - thanks Boiler Guide

Found their website through google and made an enquiry. Received 4 phone calls, 2 whatsapps and 7 emails all within 3 days... completely relentless in their pursuit of me.

My phone was ringing in minutes. I have been in touch with three possible sails of boilers. Our boiler is being repaired so we are delaying buying a new boiler for a few months and I have contacted the companies and given them the delay details.

I never signed up to receive a quote but keep getting phone calls and texts from this company scam.

I did not have much idea about boilers and which one I should get. After reading the comparison of the boilers ; I did get the idea of the boiler I should go for.
Very well written for all the boilers in the market.
