I had three calls within a half hour and quotes received same day from companies who did not push for an immediate response but were happy to give me time to make my decision.

I phoned the number on their website - the number you are invited on different pages of their website and I hear an American voice saying: 'you are not allowed to use this number'?? Why - I want to find recommended boiler installers

The experience was painless, getting through the process easily, we were contacted by two companies (instead of the three as stated initially), out of which one followed through very professionally (the other was a bit slow to react, therefore we had already made a decision). The company selected Heating Homes was perfect in their delivery. So, overall, job done Boiler Guide.

We had 3 expressions of interest within an hour of contacting Boiler Guide. All three visited to scope the job and 2 offered quotes alongside one from our regular service engineer. We accepted one of the BG quotes and the job was finished today in 1 3/4 days (against an estimate of 3 days).

Filled out their form to get quotes in the evening, first thing the following morning I received two calls and quotes from very professional companies I looked up on Trust Pilot. Using Boiler Guide made the whole process much more easier than I had expected. Hopefully I'll be able to give feedback on the company I went with for boiler/installation soon.
